No check out lines. The product I bought was also available at Home Depot but at a higher price. I always check Ace Hardware first for the items I need. This time it worked out for me and was closer.

Ace would not exchange a propane tank that had a frozen valve. We did not know it until we got it home.

My husband was just at ace hardware trying to get a key made but they couldn't make the key. He then asks a male employee for a lock cylinder and the employee tells him they don't have that. My husband then shows him on his phone the aisle it says they have it in. The employee rolled his eyes and showed him the aisle but they were out of stock. My husband then asked the employee if they carried drop boxes with a lock on it. The employee then tells him he should just go to Walmart to get one because it'll be cheaper. Clearly this elderly employee did not want to do his job!.

I enjoy shopping at the Rocky's Ace Hardware because Associates are always helpful. If you ask a question - don't get an I don't know. They'll find out if they don't know. Cashiers equally always helpful. We usually find what we need. Store always clean & has a small-town feel with a post office inside.

The shelves are very poorly marked or not marked at all you can never get help when you need it or they just don't want to help you poor business practice.

Good selection of products, visited specifically for Benjamin Moore paint samples. Paint desk staff was very helpful although the samples leaked. Benjamin Moore website was not working for 50% off color samples, paint desk said they'd honor it but the front desk assistant couldn't process it without a QR and certainly wasn't going out of her way to help locate it given 'they're already reduced' (not 50%). I love how content she was in her CUSTOMER SERVICE role. Will only go there again because they're the closest BM supplier.

This is a great find for anyone living in the area or for those who recently moved in from out of state. It is a mini Home Depot or Lowes hut with some unique tools and housewares cleaning products the big stores don't carry. What us exceptional about this place is everyone wants to help you find what you need. I'd come back here in a flash.

Like this place a lot. Employees are helpful, good selection of inventory, prices aren't cheap but they're not out of line either and it's close to home so it's worth it. Plus they send out coupons and help you save money. I've become a regular.
