I've had AAA membership for many decades both in NJ and now PA. Excellent response times with anything you may need for towing services and travel arrangements in my case. Recently Jodie Thomas has performed outstanding service for me with both flight arrangements at the best possible price and hotel accommodation.

I went to them on Friday, August 18, 2023, at one o'clock in the afternoon. To pay the bill, they treated me in a humiliating manner and left me for half an hour. When I spoke to the employee, he told me that there were no employees, and he dealt with me in a non-human manner and made me psychologically tired.

AAA is a customer service joke in Berks County. Very unprofessional. No manners. Need training badly. We the people Need Start a triple one. 111. The people they get to tow your cars are so ghetto its ridiculous. Sad. But true.

I went into the AAA Northampton County office today off of Hecktown road. I was going to purchase a couple of little things for stocking stuffers. I gathered my items and I stood in line behind a couple who were purchasing many different items. I waited there for 3-4 minutes while there were three other women behind the counter all ignoring me for some reason not known to me. I thought maybe that the other three people could not check people out. A man walked in and one of the ladies perked up and immediately asked if she could help him. He had forgotten something in his car and had to go back out to his car. I was visibly upset so finally One of the other two ladies not waiting on anyone told me I could go to her. I asked her if they were all able to check people out and she said yes. I left my items on the counter and walked out. In my opinion this is an example of horrible customer service!!!!

For over twenty years we have paid for RV Plus. We needed it for the first time last weekend. They left us stranded!! Told us they didn't have any heavy tow trucks available that day and probably the next. Told us we have to find our own way and then get reimbursed!! Service has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. STAY AWAY.

Been a platinum member for over 23 years, recently summited a claim to get reimbursed for road side assistance, it got denied. I have canceled my service and will never use AAA for anything anymore, it's all a scam!

Had my car towed yesterday. Great truck driver from ABE. They towed my car home which was needed but left me standing there. I couldn't ride alone due to covid rules. Stupid and unsafe. My car is gone without me. I have no ride, and no arrangement was made to get me home. This could have been potentially dangerous. Why strand a person alone with no ride in the cold. Just not ok.

I had a flat tire last week and I didn't get assistance for an hour and a half there was no rain no blizzards no snow no thunderstorms no hurricanes and when I called them back the lady said my car had been cleared as if to say someone had already came out to assist me needless to say I called three times and then when I did get a call from the guy that was coming to help me now mind you I didn't receive any text messages during that hour and a half letting me know that anybody was coming but eventually the guy called me saying he was outside of where I was and I said no you're not he said he was at the post office and I said I specifically said that I was at the gas station but in any event I was late getting back to work and I did give the guy a tip because it wasn't his fault it's just that the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing I cannot come down too hard on AAA because in the past my experience has been more positive than negative

I would have easily given this place a four star review based on all of my prior experiences here, however after today one star is pushing it. I recently bought a truck from my grandparents so my nanny and I went to get the title changed. We had the misfortune of dealing with Karen. While I went to my truck to get my insurance card Karen asked my grandmother the sales price of the truck. Instead of explaining to us how we could have said it was a gift to avoid the unnecessary taxes she demanded the price that I've paid to my grandparents. To make a long story short something I thought would cost $250 at most ended up being over $1,100. I understand Karen has to be by the book with her job, but she could have explained the way the pricing was determined, especially to my elderly grandmother. She also could have given me the price as soon as she figured it out. Instead she drew up all the paperwork, notarized it, and then gave us the price, followed by a "well you could have went to a different notary". I haven't seen my nanny that upset in a very long time. What a shame , because I've always been treated well at this location. Moral of the story is if you have Karen as the person switching your title ask a lot of questions, don't sign anything and get the prices immediately so you don't get taken advantage of. Big learning experience for me

Idk what to think about this insurance company, all I know is that 1 of their insurers ran into my car and the company can't get in touch with their own insurer which is a damn shame, unacceptable, unprofessional, and just illegal and wrong.
