A heads up: beware of the $2.50 fee to use the printer. At least the employee was helpful and it was useful in a pinch. Wouldn’t recommend doing printing at this establishment especially if you’re only needing a few copies. You’re better off going to Staples for small printing orders and here for larger ones.

So grateful to have found The UPS Store in East York! I am the office administrator for a small local business and we had a rush last-minute order to fill. Chase at store #0664 was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He understood our needs and completed our order in record time and in perfect condition. Their fees are extremely reasonable as well - what a terrific experience, we will definitely use them again & again!

OK so today is June 4, 23. I say that because I don't know who was working; I think Shane was one of them. I walked in with a few Amazon returns: a pair of sandals, a 70 lb chicken run, and an unboxed rowing machine. Your standard things, right?They helped me figure out my Amazon returns (my wife does the thing usually) and helped figure out how to get an incredibly awkward rowing machine into a box for me to send back. I had brought package stuffing in case I needed it; they not only packaged it for me but they recycled the rest of the packing material I had brought. I know it sounds simple but they definitely went the whole nine yards for me and were incredibly kind the whole time.

Who knew the UPS Store has extensive printing capabilities? I didn’t. Until now.Had a time sensitive project that needed enlarged, printed, & laminated. Took it to another establishment who couldn’t complete the project within our time frame. Found the UPS Store through word of mouth & gave them a shot. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, & polite. Not only was this project completed & ready for pickup the next day, but it also came in at half the cost of the competition.A big thanks to Joe, Chase, Lillia, & any others who took part in getting this done!

Kendra was very nasty. Talked to me like I was stupid when I’m very aware of how self service works. These are the reasons customers stop patronizing businesses because of poor customer service.Shane was very helpful though and took care of me in a very respectful manner. For that I will return.
