My son has been attending since February, the facility is Clean, Nice teachers, nicely secured. They use a app (procare) where teacher sends pictures and gives detail reports ( I love it) They serve good breakfast and lunch for the kids. My son adapted quickly. Two playgrounds (big) for the kids. I just enrolled my daughter for summer camp, she is excited! Kim director communicates well, very attentive and professional.

Our family was not enrolled long. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Teachers seem nice/caring at first and then your child gets hurt and it's all excuses and passing the buck! Nobody knows nothing. Some teachers communicate a lot others not at all. My child would tell me they left and hid and nobody came looking. Staffing is inconsistent, never the same teacher in the same room from day to day/week to week. So much turn over. Management is clueless and incompetent. My elementary schooler communicates better. Supposed non-profit, they just want your money and to try and force their religion onto you. So much pressure to join the church. Steer clear of this place, you will be better off basically anywhere else!

The teachers at this center are amazing!! Everyone loves and cares for the children as if they were their own. The office staff are always very helpful and they show the teachers and families the upmost care and respect.

I will never take my children here ever again. very very poor management. Once they switched directors it was over. I overheard the director screaming and swearing at a staff member. Some staff can be seen falling asleep during nap time. The director can't be bothered with the daycare or the complaints of the parents. After I heard the last two good employees quit I took my children out immediately. Would not recommended to ANYONE.

Very unpleasant experience here. Staff seemed knowledgeable at first but were always cold and distant and the communication was terrible. They will refuse to feed your child if you are less than 5 minutes late to the set breakfast time. They don’t care if the child is 2 or if you phoned ahead well ahead of time, they will let them go without. So make sure you are always on time or have a flexible work schedule. We also saw a marked change in our children’s demeanor. They were not happy about going to school as they had always been at their first daycare and as they are at their current one. That really is the saddest part of it, that we kept them there long enough for it to affect their moods. We should have listened to our instincts and moved them sooner. If you’re looking for a daycare I’d move on to another option. We love AAtoZZ. Give them a call at least.

Very pleased with this daycare facility. The staff is well trained and the program is the best I've seen in the area.
