I was super stressed and emotional in the moment but you could genuinely tell she had empathy towards me and my situation. She stated her loss of her father recently so I felt like someone understood how I was feeling. In this day an age we forget were all humans and going thru something. “Good place to store belongings/after having my things in unit for 4 years/there were no signs of bugs or rodents,and unit was clean. Be sure to read the contract though,as I had to pay a full months rent on the day I was clearing unit(2 days late),and something regarding a 7 day notice B4 moving. I never had the contract to read because I lived out of state,unit was rented by a family member/I just paid the bill.”

“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”
