Lots of items, clothing most abundant but also kids, household and furniture. Was looking for ladies jeans and was disappointed they weren't organized by size, spent 30 minutes looking on both sides of the rack and only found about 3 in my size. That needs work!

Extremely high prices for things given to them for free. That’s not a way to help the community. I wish I could add pictures to show you the trash they have for outrageous prices.

I am an avid thrift shopper. It was incredibly overpriced for a thrift store, while they did have a record I wanted, I ended up putting it back because the staff was very rude. So much so that I decided not to give them my business. Don't waste your time!!

So disappointed in this store. Staff are not helpful. Virtually no home goods items. I read about other SA stores with wonderful selections. Why isn't York like that?

I was a big fan of this Salvation Army until they "restructured" it. I loved to peruse the glassware. Now, they have a very sparse section. Hardly anything on the shelves. I believe their goal is to be just clothing and shoes. I am disappointed, as this was one of my favorite haunts.

I love thrift stores and shop at many. The Salvation Army on Haines Rd. is often dirty. I have come across items that look like they haven’t even been washed before donating.I feel like their standards of what they put out need to be better and their employees could use some customer service training as I’ve experienced many of them not being very friendly to customers.Today I purchased a tennis racket that had a sticker on it for $2.99 and the cashier rang it up for $3.99 because she said that’s their price. No comment from her about how they carelessly tagged the item with a blank price tag of their own and left another stores tag on it. I couldn’t care less about the extra dollar but I find it bad business to sell items with cheaper tags on them while you mark up the price. They have an amazing location and a great space. They did a wonderful job rearranging their store but they have a ways to go!

Never again will I donate to thos organization . Went in today to donate over 40 items of clothing, went inside to drop off the lady at the counter tells me to go to the back corner to drop items . Was met by a lady who was not pleased I didn't go to the right door to make a donation. Smart comments and not as much as a thanks for your donation. Give to a place that actually appreciates your donations. Do better .

Items priced way over retail with being donated. Found a shirt with 2 different color tags on it with the same price. A onsie priced over retail sticker and used pipe cleaners for crafts only 8 in the plastic wrap at $2.99 when the dollar store sells them for $1.25. Store is dirty .Needless to say I stopped shopping this location years ago and figured I give it another try. Never again. Yep I took pictures of this.

Used to be good. Prices are crazy now, especially when considering that they get stuff given to them for free. Anything cool that I find there gets priced at or above market value. Might as well shop on eBay.

Their prices increase each time I visit. Used men's shoes for $30??!! Really?!
