I was in the market for a new car. John was great. He took the time to show me the new features on the CX5 Carbon Edition which I ended up purchasing that day. I live 3 hours from the dealership and was on a trip headed East so John pulled the car into the show room until I arrived the following week to pick it up. He got my 2016 CX5 into their service department to have it looked at. I am gifting that car to my son so not only did I receive an email that my car would be serviced on a certain date, but a video would be sent to me with the work they were performing. This dealership goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle! See John Scherer, he is great to work with.

John Scherer helped us with a great late model used car. The car was detailed, came with a warranty, and priced right. The entire process was transparent and professional. We met the service staff as well; and even though not a Mazda, the car was serviced well.

I was looking for a Honda Cr-Z. Giambalvo Mazda had one for sale.I'd been messed around by a couple of dealers selling cars out from under me. I contacted Giambalvo Mazda and Robb Dorf quickly contacted me back.We had a couple of emails back and forth and then I sent them a deposit to hold the car.The deal went thought fairly quickly. I got into the car and noticed the radio needed a code. Fortunately the sales manager used to work at a Honda dealer so he got on the phone to people he knew and managed to get the correct code for the car.After driving it a couple of days I noticed a clunking sound from the drivers side rear. The car came with a 3mth 3000k warranty. so brought it back for them to look it over. The service assistant said they would be ordering the part and I asked about them order the front plate holder as MD requires front and back plates.I took the car up there today. I arrived at 10:30 and I left at 11:30. I even got a free oil change. The car runs great and now more clunk.I'd like to thank Robb for the quick deal and Giambalvo Mazda for standing behind a used car sale.If there was a car I was after and I found it on their lot, I wouldn't hesitate in buying it from them.I was not paid anything to give this review
