Brought car in for inspection because it's close and I was under time crunch They said it needed new strut to pass inspection . Wanted almost 1200 to fix so i said no I'll bring it to my regular mechanic. Long story short. It passed inspection with no mention of strut. Be careful people

Nate and Mike were AmaZing! They ordered my tires and put them on all in one day. This place met all my expectations! I even asked them when I picked up my car if they could put new windshield wipers on, and they were even willing to do that at the last minute. Thank you guys a good year. You definitely represented well. I will be back and I will tell all my friends.

These guys have always have taken care of me as long as I’ve been going here. My car really needed some help recently and I left feeling like a new person! My car runs better than ever, and I would trust them and time again.

Nate was extremely helpful along with all the other employees at this location. They were willing to stay after closing to help us with brakes and rotors, seeing we have car seats and children they made it a point to stay after to finish. Very happy with service

Excellent experience!
The tire of an elderly relative experienced a flat tire at which time we realized the tires were kind of old, and beginning to dry rot.
The car was taken directly to Goodyear Store on Memory Lane. Being after 5 PM, we were thinking they could replace the tires the next day. Nate's customer service went above and beyond. He assured us all 4 tires could be replaced and alignment would also be completed before they closed. He kept us updated on the progress and the process went very smoothly.
The tires were installed and the car is back on the road. The ride is superb!

Called ahead about getting my tire checked for a nail. They said "no problem, come on in". I waited for 2 hours for them to finally have an update and be told I needed a new tire. I left. Pulled over and examined the tire myself and found the nail well in from the sidewall. So i went to another shop and it was repaired in 20 min. Glad I didn't waste hundreds of dollars, wish I hadn't wasted 2 hours. We all have bad days, but their bad day really ruined mine.

Had a nail in my tire and needed it patched. Ed got me in right away and also checked to make sure I didn't have any tires off balance. What a great team you have at this location!!! Ed is wonderful!! His good soul/heart radiate from him. I could have stayed and talked to him all day!! Amazing human being, with a great, friendly, knowledgeable team behind him!!! I will definitely be coming back here, if only to chat with Ed :)

Wife and I we out celebrating our anniversary when we experienced an issue with a flat tire. They quickly identify it was a faulty tire sensor and broken value which prevented us from putting air in it.They fixed it and got us back the road and celebrating our anniversary. Thanks again.

Danny s. lied and said I had a hole in my resonator when I brought my car in for inspection. I told him to not go any further and checked my resonator myself. No hole at all. it passed inspection at another garage. That's what you get from a chain mechanic shop that's ran by a professional liar.

Service was excellent, this store by far has the best tire and maintenance service in York. Staff was amazing to work with. We left feeling as if we bought a supreme quality product. Staff proved that value comes from providing their customers great service at a fair price.
