I hate this place man. every single time I order a sandwich the topping are always wrong/missing and its DRENCHED in mayo. When will you guys get it right, its insanely annoying that this happens every single time, going to have to start opening the food in the store so that when they mess up my food so I wont have to make the trip all the way back to the store to get it fixed. How hard is it to add the correct toppings? I worked many food service jobs and its really not that hard, especially when the paper is right in front of you. Literally just read.

First time I ordered a quesadilla from here, they spat in my food. This was a while back. I came back recently, ordered a quesadilla and this time, A FREAKING FLY flew out my food. Like how on earth do y'all let that happen man? Can't y'all just do your jobs without messing up?I tried coming here to save money from the overpriced foods at ESU. I came here and almost everything is a scam. $7.99 + tax for one bag of beef jerky? Ridiculous. At least have a student discount or something. Sick...

The base Photos listed here are Stock photos from some basic Wawas. This is not your basic Wawa. Parking lot spaces are super tight and only fit a few cars. The spot I pulled into was riddled with Glass. No Restrooms in the Store. However, I have to say the coffee was great.

Where do I begin. When ordering food and drinks from there it is very disorganized. Once your food is ready they yell it out. Once they yell it out you would assume your drinks are ready but it usually isn't. You have to first wait for your food and then your drinks at a different section. I don't understand why they just don't call your order number when everything is ready and together. Literally tonight my food was ready and I was waiting for my drink on a makeshift line. The lady in the red shirt kept calling numbers kept calling numbers. When I went to ask about my drink she quickly walked away. So I had to ask the girl at the cashier counter for help. So she went to go make it for me. That's when the girl in red was yelling at her that my drink was at the cashier counter. How unorganized can you be? Who was supposed to know it was there? Not even the cashier girl knew. It needs to be better organized in my opinion. I didn't have time to waste like I did tonight since I work at the hospital across the street. Because of the unorganized mess that I was stuck in I was a few minutes late to get back from my lunch break. Didn't even get a chance to eat because of this.

I dont know what tike zone yall in but pizza is no longer a dinner only. We need pizza at noon. You never put lunch things out until 130-2 i don’t understand. And your soda machine… like really whats happening? Either it works and the soda is disgusting or it doesn’t work at all anymore . Its a busy spot. College students in and out. Do better!

The staff here is awesome. I left my wallet there and it was a good hour before I called and sure enough they had it! They knew it was mine, and they held onto it, and we’re very honest, not a penn was missing. Not to mention the the food is awesome! It is always service with a smile.

Old lady at the counter needs to be fired or retrained. Yelling at people saying their stealing when they use self check out and not letting her co workers help her when she obviously needs it. She has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. We’re sick of her attitude.

Every. single. time I order form this location my order is wrong. Either they put on the wrong topping or just don't add any. Its very very very annoying because my orders are always simple and only have a max of 3-4 ingredients and they somehow manage to still screw it up. I notice this happens almost 100% of the time in the morning and about 60% of the time at night depending on who is on shift that day. If im lucky and come in at night I get the big friendly guy working on my food and he always makes in right. He is the only worker who prepares the food correctly but unfortunately i don't see him often. I have also noticed that the staff, mostly the women, also don't change their gloves after touching their hair, face, and phones and as someone who also works with food this is just disgusting. I have seen this happen multiple times on my visit and I really would not recommend getting food here unless its the stuff they don't really have to touch, such as the mac and cheese.The staff is normally very friendly especially the cashiers, its just the workers who are working with food need to be trained better. Its either they don't care about their jobs or they just aren't trained properly. Please work on having better hygiene especially, it takes 5 seconds to switch out your gloves.
