I wish that Bergen County would get rid of its blue laws! It's annoying not to shop her on a Sunday and not have access to the entire store ! This store is HUGE and crowded - especially on weekends. But, the self-checkout line moves quickly, and the staff is helpful. They sell cool things that I don't find in other stores .

I do online pickup and every time I call, they don't answer. I have to actually come in the store which defeats the purpose. I don't recommend pickup.

Pretty cool Walmart supercenter , There Giant supermarket ( that used to be a Kmart back in the day ) there also have a gas station as well . Walmart is pretty similar to Target , Family Dollar , Dollar General . If I'm in the area visiting I wouldn't mind coming back !!!!!

Visited the East Stroudsburg WM Supercenter Once again, the posted price on items ring up more than what's posted. I used the self checkout were some of the stay tell you that they can't correct the price error. I noticed I was being charged .12 cent more for each bottle I purchased (10) posting price $1.22 per gallon. It rung up as $1.34 on the register. I went to the customer service area, should a short female staff member the receipt and photo of the posted price. She had a nasty attitude and told me that the waters were different, I informed her that that all the waters were posted at the same price and showed her the photos again. She then rudely ask why didn't I handle that in the self checkout. I informed her I was told to go to customer service. She then hand me chain less than what I was owed- I just walked out to escape her negative vibes! I attempted to contact the Manager via 570-424-8415 but the manager did not answer

Lorraine self check out - today was extremely rude and disrespectful with the high demands of profiling . Customer service skills I thought should of been way better than the way Lorraine presented her self today representing for a Walmart sale associated. She profile me at high demand but didn't profile the non colored lady right in front of me with the pink hair . She watched me scan every one of my items ( let's make this clear it's 4 self check out lanes ) watching me the whole time, watching my screen . So to put my test to the theory I double scanned the oreos to see how closely she watching me . Sure enough she caught it and immediately approached me with aggressive behavior over the fact I double scanned an item right in front of her face to see if she was really watching me . As I did the double scanned on the oreos. Guess who Lorraine calls on the walkie talkie . The good old Loss Preventions . Exchange a few words with her . Than continue to watch me as I continue to scan my items . I'm the parking enforcement officer for east Stroudsburg borough, I'm always in there . I always leave a 5 star rating on the self checkout . I don't feel like Lorraine should be up front by customers on a bad day . Working for a Walmart they have goals and chants they say before each shift . I asked her for her name as she didn't want to give it to me and said why when I asked for her name . I left a note with the front end supervisor CJ. Hoping there was something to be done . I would continue to follow up on this situation. I've been coming to this Walmart for over 10 years . This by far has been the worst encountered ever . The way Lorraine was acting today she opt out to switch the loss prevention side and give some one a reason to sue to Walmart. Shift leader need to go over the policy again with her .

I was purchasing new jeans today at Wal-Mart, I waited 40 minutes and made 4 attemps at getting someone to open up a fitting room , so I could try them on. After all that. When one was made available for me, after trying a pair that didn't fit I went to grab a larger size, 2 aisles over, upon my return, the lady left again. And I had to once again go uo front to have a room opened so I could try another pair on. Don't go to this Walmart not only for this reason but, it the dirtiest store I've seen.

I never give 1 star for ANY establishment but this one is for the books. I came to this Walmart in hopes of doing a little grocery shopping for my stay here in Stroudsburg pa. So I picked up the basics. Warm up foods a case of water a few juices etc. I went to the self check out as I ALWAYS do at Walmart. I have NEVER EVER been racially profiled in my entire life. I scanned 2 items and then the machine lets me know an associate is coming , of course it's no issue . The associate happened to be the Hispanic woman who was standing behind me the entire time. She comes rewinds the scan surveillance video saw my items were scanned and continued to let me check out. Ok fast forward. I'm scanning 2 cases of Gatorade now . The machine states an associate is coming again. Low and behold Dora the explorer was behind me again . She checked the surveillance and saw all items were paid for . At this point I blew up. I began to ask her why the machine is only doing this with me and this has been the second time now . She was silent and that got me more upset. I won't repeat what I told her but it was a lot of profanity and I honestly wanted to leave all my groceries. I would never EVER shop at this RACIST WALMART establishment ever again . I am in high hopes that I can escalate this situation have them run back videos give them a hard time for how they treated me after spending 160 dollars with them .

I was at Walmart on Lincoln Avenue in East Stroudsburg Pa today, and couldn't believe the store didn't have shopping bags for grocery. It's time for a new store manager at that location. Shameful!!!!

If you don't have the staff to service the pickup then don't allow us to place the order. Had to cancel my Saturday order after an hour late. Sundays order was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Not fair to the staff who are there or your customers.

I went to the electronics for Apple lightening cable adapter. The online price of that item was less than the store price. When i told the associate there to do a price match, she denied. I showed her Walmart's web page policy that specifically mentions that they do price match. But that lady didn't agree. Can Walmart authority answer me why you have such a bad store associate? Don't you gave them any training about your policy?

The store is absolutely deplorable and the customer service is lazy and rude especially to door Dash driver's now that they have to do extra work. If your employees are going to be that rude to your customers perhaps employees should just stay home.

It was horrible. My family was treated horribly. The staff members had no compassion when my child had to use the bathroom. They made us wait in line even when my child was visibly in pain. I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic but that doesn't excuse lack of humanity and respect for human dignity.
