We came back to Verizon because T-Mobile booster broke and they would not help us. Martin Sanchez the Verizon Rep that helped us was fantastic! He took no time at all to set us up with new phones that actually work!! And he is super knowledgeable on anything cellular!! I recommend this store if you need helps and are not tech savvy this is the place to go. No heavy sales pitch only what we needed and super great customer service! Martin you Rock!!

Went in to upgrade my husband's and my phones and get my kids cell phones for Christmas. Anthony Rossi helped us and he was fantastic! Very polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Went back today because of some confusion over our bill and again Anthony was patient, went over everything and explained it all in detail and helped straighten everything out. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and he is by far the best and most helpful person I have ever dealt with. I will be looking for him every time I go back.

I lost my Contacts, or so I thought. I raced up to this store and spoke with Anthony Rossi. I had always looked for Contacts in the Contact app, but Anthony showed me where else they reside in the phone. He was courteous and very friendly. He treated it as a normal occurrence, not the desperate situation I imagined. I drove home in relief and with confidence in the store and its staff.

I came in for info on upgrading my phone. The CSR explained all of my options in detail and assisted me with my upgrade. He had to order it so I came back a few days later when my phone was delivered. He assisted me with transferring all of my data from my old device to the new one. That process took a while and he gave me the option of coming back when it was done. I chose to stay and wait it out and while doing so I noticed he was an excellent multitasker. He was able to help others who came in all while keeping me updated on the process of my device. Shout out to Anthony Rossi! Thanks for all of the help!

This is a great store with valuable workers. Each is knowledgeable and honestly try to help customers. They will keep you informed of savings and will trouble shoot any challenges that your phone might have. I highly recommend this Verizon store.
