I think this location is great it's just one driver that thinks because she been doing whatever she wants for years everybody's gonna just except unprofessionalism literally wrote names on my mailbox of my children feeds my dogg treats when I tell her he's old and can't break those treats down like he did when he was younger that's just a tad bit of the things she's done lemme see what else ohhhhh when I'm outside she says nothing to me and my wife my kids are playing outside she hands my kids to mail instead of putting it in the mailbox it's little things like that that irks my nerves making conversation with my children but won't show me the respect figuring out the names of the people who live in here writing it on the mailbox what if we wanted to be incognito I mean you know that we live here why all of this trouble because I simply told you please don't feed my dog he's old and he can't break the stuff down then you proceeded to get into further business oh how's the dog is very hard is he okay is he down in the basement you don't need to know none of that he's fine he's good and he's old he's well taken care of and if you didn't give him those dog treats he would have been much better but these are some of the things that we have to deal with with this lady who is a senior driver who are stuck in her ways

The absolute worst post office ever! Long lines, one person at the window most days. Never open on time. East Stroudsburg post office is definitely an example of why the USPS is failing.

Everyone drives no one is on feet. So if I have a package that's "Oversized" (mind you it's a decorative pillow). Why can't it be delivered to my house. I always see the truck delivering packages to my neighbors rather big or small. I also tried rescheduling a delivery and that didn't work. This is just laziness... Seems like if I want a package I have to send it to my mothers house in NY.

Constant issues with this terrible post office, no one answers the phone, just had my package marked “delivery attempted” while I was home all day and not a single person came to the door even when they left the mail, so I’m sure the single letter that came this morning was just the only thing these bozos remembered to put in the truck today.

I finally received the latest package no thanks to the bozo that delivered my package to the wrong address. Now today 3/11/2024 the bozo strikes again by posting that the package was delivered,but in fact it wasn't if you can't properly sort the packages just leave a slip for me to pick it up in person instead of leaving it in the wrong mailbox.

The US postal service has declined. If you attempt to call a local office, you're routed to a call center which provides ZERO help with local delivery problems. I still need my package!!

Several packages were considered undeliverable after a snow storm. Tracking said they would be redelivered on the next delivery day. More than a week later and no packages or updates. And they never answer the phone, it just goes to a full vm. Can't even leave a message. I also frequently get my neighbors mail.

I don't recommend this post office usps in east stroudsburg area. Missing too many packages ? and waste your time. Is not safe. my neighbor complaint too much and missing mail.

They need to screen who they hire! NONE of these postal carriers can read the English language! They should not be allowed to work there! Now they are sending my mail back to the sender because they don’t read the shipping labels EVER! They NEED TO READ NOT JUST THE NAME, BUT THE ENTIRE ADDRESS!!! How hard can it be, oh wait… It is WHAT is delivering our mail, not decent people like ELLEN. Why does she have to be the ONLY LITERATE worker there…!!!!!
