Quite a disappointing experience. I hired Mesko for installing 2 windows and several glass panels. I am attaching pictures of the workmanship, some of which despite giving several opportunities and months to fix, remain incomplete till date. Here are my observations:1. Initial Expectations Vs Reality: I initially had high hopes for this company due to their stellar ratings, but my experience over the past six months revealed a stark contrast. Their workmanship was subpar, accountability was non-existent, and communication gaps were prevalent, leaving me deeply disappointed.2. Broken Promises and Frustrating Miscommunication: Despite being assured of an installation date, the company failed to honor their commitment, leading me to cancel reservations for vacation rental during peak holiday season. The miscommunication between the office staff, supervisor and workers further exacerbated the situation.3. Quality Control Failures: Throughout the project, I noticed a glaring lack of quality control and supervision. Sloppy workmanship and incomplete installations were indicators of the company's disregard for ensuring the job was done properly.4. Unprofessional Conduct: From encountering rude and unhelpful behavior from the office staff to facing excuses rather than accountability, the overall experience with the company was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of customer-centric approach.

They replaced a picture frame glass for me the same day I waited only 20 minutes to a half hour.. While I waited I ask about replacing the glass in my home windows the person was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Mesko Glass was absolutely fantastic in helping me customize two shower doors for my home. Not only were they patient with me but also provided me with a great price and outstanding service. Their staff - especially the installers, went above and beyond! Amazing product and amazing service. Highly Recommend!!

They responded quickly and worked around my schedule which I appreciate. They did the job at a reasonable price and left the house nice and clean the way we left it. Everyone is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to reach out and thank you for the outstanding job that your team did on the replacement glass for my front door. I truly appreciate the quick same day service, you had someone here with in an hour to measure and then had guys back withing 2 hours working on the replacement glass. Its near impossible to find this level of service today but Mesko glass is spot on.

Bummer it didn't work out between this company and my property.Waited weeks for a new glass shower for my property only for them to measure the wrong bathroom shower and order all parts for it. When I told them about the mistake they made, they didn't want anything to do with me and told me to look elsewhere. Not sure what made the owner upset, but he didn't seem like a very nice person to work with.Hopefully they dont make this same mistake with other customers.

Mesko Arrived when they were scheduled, the were courteous and respectful. When we called them with a small issue they came right out and fixed it. We Would highly recommend them.

Mesko reglazed 8 window panels for us and, today replaced a large window with an Anderson 200 slider.Mesko’s prices were quite reasonable. Pricing on the Anderson was significantly better than proposals submitted by others. All work was completed expertly, neatly, quickly and with minimal disruption. Zack, the installer, did a great, very professional job and is a nice guy to work with.I would not hesitate to recommend Mesko for glazing and window replacement.

Great local glass retailer. Was looking for a specific piece of plexiglass cut to order.Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plexiglass was cut to order and at a very reasonable price.By the time we took the ride it was ready and waiting for us.We have used this merchant before for a large outdoor table glass, window pane's and now this plexiglass.I recommend if you have any glass needs to stop on by and be treated with attentive & knowledgeable staff for quick service, great price & a fix to whatever your glass needs are.

I ordered a custom piece of glass for my dining room table and there was a slight mix up, not only did Mesko Glass make it right, I had my new piece of glass two days later. Customer service is 110%! HIGHLY recommend.Service: Glass cutting

I like having someone with years of experience and knowledge like Kevin at Mesko helping me every time, I need help ..it doesn't matter if it was made last year or 50 years ago Mesko knows because that what great family business is all about, service, knowledge, experience and beyond they go because they are like me and you working to put food on the table , not the big box business to pay shareholders or buy a 4th summer home.Services: Glass fitting

I own Lifetime Construction in Dingmans Ferry PA. These guys were great. We were doing a renovation on a local deli adding some storefront windows. They were prompt with an estimate, and made the process painless for me and my customer. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. I will be using them again.

Really nice employees, just trim and finish on my new windshield was not replaced right on my passenger side, easy to fix, but I should have not had to do it
