So this place is run by Mavis now so they do really good detail work but understand you're paying double what you good get somewhere else. Overall customer service is really great, walked in at my appointment time and they had my car in minutes later, gave me information every step of the way. If it wasn't for the inflated prices this would be the place to take your car all the time.

Amazing service. Jose is all knowing and easy to work with and I have 2 vw’s he fixes and doesn’t cost me arm or a leg. All the guys are very accommodating. Definitely recommend.Update. Safety alert. They saved my marriage today as they fixed my husband’s truck before he had the opportunity to break my car.Had truck done today here fast and courteous service as always.

Great staff and incredible service! They were able to fit me in literally the same day, and I was only waiting 15 minutes. I'm used to waiting 2 hours at other places! Everyone was extremely friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I just moved here, and this will be my trusted local shop! Thanks guys! 10 star review all day!!!

Another seamless visit yesterday to Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service on Milford Road in East Stroudsburg. Mike the manager once again provided excellent customer service along with in depth product knowledge on the tire selection for our purchase. The staff is well organized and always friendly at this location. Thank you again Mike! 5 STARS!!!

This is by far the quickest and easiest fix I’ve ever had the experience of being a part of! The service here is unmatched and the employees were great! Not to mention…it was CHEAP! I recommend this business to ANYONE needing tire service!

I have brought 2 vehicles from my household to this location for service. The first was my car that needed a new set of All Season tires and the second was my husband's truck that needed an oil change and an inspection.Both times I made an online appointment with ease at the website. I was promptly greeted by Mike, the owner of this location. He gave me a total price for the purchase and installation of my tires which I greatly appreciated. Also he explained the different qualities of the various brands they had available. Once I made my decision about what tires to purchase they started work immediately. I was able to sit in their clean and brightly lit waiting area until the work was done. I was so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency that day that I brought my husband's truck for an inspection and oil change 3 days later. I experienced the same great service with Mike servicing the truck a little earlier than my appointment. I am happy to have found a place that I can trust for vehicle service so close to home.

I have been using these guys for years and I have nothing but good things to say. They always work with you to make sure you're getting the best deal. They are also very honest. I highly recommend. I've never not been satisfied over the years.

I’ve been coming to this place for around two years between my Audi & other cars, I’ve dealt with tons of tire issues, until I started coming here. They have the best tires, amazing staff & always get things done fast & efficiently. I’ve come in sometimes for a tire I thought was popped & broken, however there was a nail inside & they were able to fix it free or charge to help me out.Best prices for the area for tires hands down. Hands down best in the business. We all know that feeling when car repairs pop up and it's time to go to the shop! Super friendly/knowledgeable about everything he talks about. No high pressure sales. None of that "oh we found this and that". We came in for 2 vehicles today. 1 tire repair and 1 set of four new tires. Super fast turn around time. This location will be getting all of our future tire business.

The staff were phenomenal!! First of all, Mike was there to greet me and to help me find what it is I needed to do in order to have my car inspected and taken cared of. He got me all set up quickly. Chris was also amazing as he made me aware of a leak in my car that needed fixing, he also fixed my bumper that was rubbing against my tire, free of charge. And best of all, they changed my license plate for me without me even asking. The entire staff was amazing and I had a great experience there. 10/10 would recommend. Chris also got me the best price which was super reasonable.

This Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Center made it easy for my tire replacement. While I was there they also helped me understand other issues my car had and also gave me options on what I'd have to do to fix them. The staff, Chris and Mike were incredibly helpful and friendly too! I will be returning again. 10/10 would recommend ?
