I took my car to him and he stated the problem was "complicated" and "would cost a lot". I paid the inflated price, but the problem persisted. I took the car back twice within 2 days and was told I needed to pay again for labour. I did, but same problems persisted within a week. When I called him again to report the same issue, he was very rude and stated he's busy, I could bring the car in and stated he would look at it "when I can." I took it to the Mercedes dealer the next week and they diagnosed the same issues that Frank said he had fixed. They actually fixed those issues and now my car runs right. Frank clearly didn't fix the issues and ripped me off for thousands.Services: Transmission
