Had my 2017 prius towed there.I asked for used parts got back 1 part and not hybrid battery filter, billed me but undoubtedly didn't replace. Some one should investigate these people.Also I was told that my fuse box was to be replaced not the case.I became suspicious when I asked how much toPlace Tire sensors in my vehicle 2017 RAV4 was given a price of $300, I had purchased TPMS sensorsfrom Toyota.Quoted me $300 for an hours work.Invoice reads that I requested work to be done, in actuality I was told what had to be done.

This is the fourth car I've bought from this lot and let them know that. They sold me on a car let me get cashiers check and let me sit in show room for 2 hours for them to tell me the car is not available because they dont have the title and oh yeah the cashiers check I had in my hand is no good because now its Toyota of Stroudsburg not Haltermans Toyota. I got call a week later the car was ready and picked it up.

Horrible service I waited for an hour it's ridiculous I got dropped off and did not get picked up I had to walk they couldn't even notify me the will be late or my car was finished!!! There a bunch of unorganized, liar's and thieves

I just called and pressed for Sales to ask car related questions and the man who answered the phone (I wanna say Kyle*or something with a K sorry lol) was the most informative, friendly, and overall very warm and welcoming, if that's how they treat us over the phone it makes me wanna come in and buy a car just for the fact they care and don't brush you off if it doesn't convenience them: I have a Toyota from out of state, but let me tell you I know where I'll be servicing my car in the future, thanks again for being awesome Kyle*

We brought in a Toyota Sienna (used) that I had just purchased for my wife for them to check out, and they took us right in (just before closing) the found a problem with a bearing in the water pump, which was covered under warranty (Towne Toyota) and provided a video to forward to the other dealership, and they came in under the price they quoted, which it usually goes the other way around. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone with a Toyota, before going elsewhere.

I have a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry XSE. I recently took my vehicle in for service, because I hit a pothole. I told them I hear a humming noise. They told me that my vehicle has something called heavy choppy tires! I explain to him that I have the tire and rim protection. I was told $1064.00 out of pocket for two tires. I feel like I am being taken advantage of! Choppy tires is something that is out of my control I physically didn't do anything to the tires to make that happen! Prior to this incident I took my car in and was told I needed a wheel alignment which they did. I am taking my vehicle on Tuesday to get a second opinion. I'm also scheduling another appointment at a different Toyota Dealership to get a third opinion! I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership! And if I could possibly speak with someone to give me some information about what is going on I truly appreciate, because I've tried to look up a phone number to speak with somebody about my tire rim protection and I can't find it. Who do I talk to? I paid money into this protection plan and I feel like I'm getting ripped off.
