This is my absolute least favorite Giant by far. There are so many issues with this store but the three things I absolutely can't stand about this one has to be the salad bar, the bath rooms, and the homeless people in front of the store.
The salad bar is never rotated throughout the day, the items are always dry and old looking, the utensils are always dirty, and you can tell items have been sitting out for days. The mens bathroom is always a mess, always smells really bad, and there are always gum and tobacco products in the urinals. And to top off my complaints it seems like there's homeless people congregating in front of the building. I can't tell you how many times I've been asked for money or come across couples fighting while trying to get into the store.
If you can avoid this giant I'd highly recommend doing so. Bartonsville giant is so much better.

I go for the Apple pie ice cream. It's delicious. Go try it, put it on some apple pie. Spoiler, you need the whip cream

The employees have ALWAYS been attentive, courteous and helpful and I shop here a lot. I especially like the fact they almost always have cashier lanes available for customers. They must recognize that many customers still prefer having a cashier ring up and assist with groceries. Good move worthy of more than 5 stars.
However the “owner” responses to reviews are impersonal and unprofessional. Not very sincere to copy and paste the same words “corporate response” to every customer that takes the time to share a subpar experience with this grocery store. The purpose of a review is to aid businesses to let them know what they are doing right and also to be aware of ways they might be able to improve.
