An awful experience. I should have left insatnly because I did not trust the owner and this establishment. I left feeling completely ripped off. Nearly totaled my car by having it fall off the lift. he charged me an extra 35 bucks to clean my headlights with brake cleaning fluid which I did not want and it did not make a difference. Owner was rude, money hungry, and shady. wont be going again. Terrible, all on the owner. It would be zero stars however, the two workers where nice people and tried to help. So the star is for them.

This owner plays the nice guy. My wife took my daughters cars for inspection and charged her for new brake's when they were only weeks old. When I confronted the owner he told me he was going to call the police on me. Please avoid taking your car. Take a look at his gas prices that should tell you everything about the place. Went in for oil change with my own oil 5 quarts and filter. I drive a 2.4 rouge with an oil capacity of 4.6 L or 4.8 quarts. I have changed the oil in the car for the past three years and it has never taken over 5 quarts of oil, actually the bottle over fills it a little. The machanic comes into the office and informs me I am short a quart of oil. I show him on my phone the specs for the car and he proceeds to tell me it may be leaking, there is no leak at all, it is three years old. He then tries to tell me the oil filter may make the difference, the oil filter maybe takes .25 quarts and the manufacturer states even with the filter it takes 4.6 L or 4.8 quarts. The five quarts container is more than enough. So then I am told I must by a quart for ten dollars, I know I am being ripped off but, what do you do, I buy it. I say on the way out I will never return. I get a call an hour later from the owner, he back petals and says the mechanic only needed a little from the quart that I bought and I could have the quart if I wanted. No thanks! I would rather warn other unsuspecting people not to do business here.

Went for an inspection. Frank was AMAZING!!! QUICK, THOROUGH, HONEST WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF EXPERTISE! His employee that usually does the inspections was away on vacation so I actually had the pleasure of being served by Frank, the owner. Referred him to friends and will go back again.
