This place is never open during work hours because no one wants to work there, prices have skyrocketed and every month there are new people. Their phone doesn’t work either because workers say they don’t have a phone but other stores do.

I arrived at the store around 8:30 am because of the 50% off the Clearance items. I had a cart full of items. When I went to check out the cashier started scanning my items and as she was scanning none of the items were marked 50% off. This sale was store wide and instead of the cashier manually marking the items down all she said was I’m sorry about that but these aren’t coming up 50% off. I put all the items back on the shelf and went to another dollar general where all the items were already marked except the tissue but the cashier manually marked the tissue down for me.customer service definitely sucked. And she didn’t even attempt to try to help the situation.

This place is double the price of other health food stores. Not to mention the staff is miserable, I assume because they all listened and followed like sheep and got the jab later finding out that the 9 pages of small print side effects are real. The owner, the check out women and the stockers are as unhappy as can be. They also keep pushing their membership which they charge for . Won't be open for much longer!

I don’t know who’s the manager but I will be specific in this review. I went to the store at 8 AM…the girl inside the store on November 12, 2021( 7 AM to 3 PM) the employee looked at me and didn’t even open the door at 8 AM and when I called corporate which I’ll be making a complaint about them on their review on Google of “Dollar General corporation” representative. How are you a Dollar General when you don’t work together BUT tell me why the representative of cooperation told me she couldn’t call the store and tell them to open the door and I called the store twice prior. I expect this type of treatment from a family dollar or a dollar tree but the disrespected I got this morning from Dollar General over the phone was ridiculous very nonchalant and unhelpful. All I herd yup I’m sorry or sorry to hear that LIKE WHAT DO SOMETHING NOW SO I CAN BE ON MY WAY… if I wanted to make a report about someone later down the line. I could’ve easily asked for the email and I wouldnt even had a conversation with the representatives.
