Had a great experience with staff when I needed a copy of my car keys and a new key fob. The employee who helped me was very nice and did it within minutes. So much better than going to a dealership. Thank you again!

Absolutely worst experience I had in any store. Not just once but a few times in the roll.
Stuff there (maybe owners I don’t know) are borderline rude and 2 out of 3 times I was shown how inconvenient it is to ask a question.
If you are buying a bolts ,screws,washers you better know every price on it because people at the checkout don’t know it and you will waste time (20minutes in my experience) just to get out of there.
Never again!
Tractor supply is 30 seconds up the road.
I will contact an ace corporate to discuss my concerns.
Edit. I looked into this 5 star reviews and I have to assume (easy to verify and check if the reviewer don’t live nowhere near)
90% of them are paid reviews $5 a pop is the current rate in most of them.
Very dishonest business.

Don't ever try to return something at this store with out the package it came in. Today I tried returning a craftsman ratchet it comes with a hook on it so they can hang it up. I was told they can't resale it with out the hook. I had payed cash for it but they would take it back if I would except store credit. Made know since at all . And the lady I spoke to was the store manager. She act like it was her first day on the job. Wow I will never return to that store they just lost my business.

I've been going to this hardware store for close to 20 yrs and completely satisfied with the selection and service. They always hire helpful staff who are eager to assist. However during the last 3 trips Ive noticed one of the mature ladies [possible owner] has had a curt/sarcastic tone. Im thinking loyalty has stopped me from driving the additional mile to the new TSC, but maybe I should.
