This is by far the most accurate description of the entire situation. I dropped my car off for an inspection. I call back a week or so later asking what did they find on my car. The guy on the phone gives me a list of things that needed attention. Him and I discussed a plan to order parts and get my inspection up to code and date. 2 months elapsed and I call them after being told multiple times I’d be called back on pricing. I sure didn’t receive a response from them in the 2 months wasted. When I call the guy was still clueless as to what was happening with my car. I went in person to pick up my vehicle. I demanded to get my car back to do it myself. The lady at the front desk had the nerve to say I had an attitude with her because she saw my cars file and wanted to help but where was that help 2 months ago. I ignored her concern and told her I wanted my car back firmly. This shop can only handle one and done operations. Nothing more than a pop up shop. No projects of any kind can be handled by them.

I had a question about my car and Kc helped me out, even went into detail about how to repair it so I can do it myself. Very friendly helpful staff.

Poor customer service. Slow in returning calls and not the best organization with paperwork. Could not get past having vehicle even looked at. Disappointing. Like local business but company is not responsive to community needs

Was in the Poconos on vacation and my check engine light started flashing.. (not just lit, but flashing..potential serious problem) pulled in here with no idea what the problem was.Turned out it was an easy fix. Small thing needed to be replaced, only cost me $125.Honest place. They could have charged me anything but they were fair and honest.

I broke down traveling and found 209 Automotive just a few stores away from where I Had to Stop, from the sounds coming from my front wheel, so I Hobbled my '04 Ford f350 4x4 dually over to the shop and asked to talked to the Mechanic, the Clerk was very helpful in responding immediately with the mechanic,, I asked if he could take a short drive, hopefully Jack up the Driver side, and feel if it's the bearing, He Did, and immediately confirmed with the Jack, of the wobble,, He was the Only mechanic on duty, but said he would do it the next day..I had No Option but to get a hotel for the night, the next morning returned to 209 about 12 and it was on the lift,, shortly after, it was done, and with a reasonable Price..Thank You 209 Automotive, Excellent Considerations...
