I learned something about the U.S. Post Office. If there is no mail for my address in the letter carrier's bag they do not have to come pick up the mail I have in my mailbox. And at least three times a month I get other people's mail, or my mail goes to another address.

Stopped in here to mail a 80+ cards at once. Glad I took them here first instead of dropping them in a mailbox because since they were square cards and envelopes they required additional postage.

Really friendly and helpful employees. I used to live in Maryland and the employees at the post office there were a nightmare. RUDE and not at all helpful. The East Petersburg PO is a breath of fresh air after that.

It’s a beautiful day in Lancaster County and I need to mail a package. I walk into this cozy, brick setting and say good morning to a male employee. Head down and with no response, he reaches for my package. He goes through the steps needed so that I may then insert my card for payment. Only then does he make eye contact and says, in a robotic, impersonal manner, “Will there be anything else?”

I usually have good experiences coming here. The staff has always been super friendly and are amazingly helpful. My last visit... I didn’t experience anything close to everything I previously mentioned. Though no one was rude, they weren’t friendly and certainly not helpful. I ended up taking my things and going to Postal Connections.

Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. Even when there's a line, usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get through. I enjoy coming here for my mailing needs.
