Not recommended - they don’t let you test drive because “gas prices are high.”. I took my mom car shopping today. Stopped at Jones Honda and Autohaus and had a great experience at both dealerships. We test drove a Honda HR-V and a VW Tiguan. At Lancaster Toyota we asked to test drive the only used Prius on the lot because although it was slightly newer (by a year or so) than what we were looking for, my mom hadn’t yet driven a Prius. Well, you would have thought we were asking to test drive the owner’s brand new yellow Ferrari that he showed us pictures of instead. According to the salesperson, we are not allowed to test drive a vehicle unless we were interested in buying that exact vehicle. I am shopping for a new car for myself, and I’m also looking for a replacement for the family Suburban. Guess where I won’t be shopping?

What an amazing low pressure buying experience with Harrison. Extremely patient, kind salesman. Rav4 Hybrid was in fantastic condition when we arrived. I highly suggest this dealership.

I took my car in for a car battery replacement and had a $4000! After the battery replacement, suddenly my check engine light was on, then my combination meter was out, and then they claimed my ABS light was on and they were unable to turn it off YET it is not on and hasn't been on since pick up. When I tried to ask questions as this makes me VERY suspicious I was met anything but answers. Coporate told me they can't help because they are separate from dealerships and that

Rick Hershey was awesome to work with, he goes above and beyond when helping you find the right car for you or someone in your family! I have had the pleasure of working with for the last 3 cars I have gotten there. I have gone in back to back to co sign for a car for my husband an the next day a truck for my son. I recently went in yesterday ro see about trading my SUV in for a newer model. Once again, Rick came through for me! I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a use car, he is by far the best!

We got our vehicle serviced there and during the walk around video that the technician sent they recommended replacing the transfer case and the rear differential. Also said the fluid in both were in need of a change and the brakes all around needed replaced.
