590 Centerville Rd, Lancaster“The best place to return Amazon packages. There is a separate station with a nice, friendly person who is very helpful and efficient. Always done with professionalism.”
“Super friendly and helpful, Jay is the best! My husband and I relied on Lancaster Shipping when we first moved here, since we didn't have a permanent home, and needed somewhere reliable to send our mail. One year later, and we still come to Lancaster Shipping whenever we need to mail a package or large envelope, even though we now have a permanent home only a few blocks from the post office! I know I can trust Lancaster Shipping, and the atmosphere there is calm and inviting, too.”
“We've been working with Elite for almost 7 years now, and have never had a need to complain. They are wonderful to work with & always timely & efficient.”

They have some of the most patient people working in there in addition to being friendly. And hospitable I truly can't rave enough about our LITITZ PA UPS!!!! Ps- Serina is always the best!!”
“Best auction shipping service ever! I'm restoring a vintage Mercedes, and I was more excited than you can imagine when I found a HUGE lot of parts that fit my car at Conestoga Auctions. My only problem was - how to get them shipped to the other side of the country without losing any of these vintage treasures, without breaking, and without breaking my bank. Postal Connections in Lancaster completely saved the day for me. This was 300 pounds of parts. Many were new in box, some were old and greasy. Postal Connections picked everything up for me from the auction, packed them perfectly, and arranged the shipping . It was never going to be cheap, weighing that much, but they did a fantastic job keeping prices down and even offering multiple options to ship on a pallet by truck or through Fed Ex. I was worried about damage, but you never have to again. Not one item was broken. Not one of the original boxes even seemed dented or scratched. Not one drop of grease leaked out of the plastic wrap they used. So my point is...if they can ship me 300 lbs of mixed steel, glass, and chrome, get it here 3 days early, without a scratch, they can ship anything. Thank you to Elizabeth the owner who helped me, and anyone else on the team who did such a great job.”
“I love the location of this hub. I ship things for work here and it's a breeze. I've shipped internationally and domestic, with equally satisfactory results.”

929 E Main St, Mount Joy“I always have great service here, but today was even better. I had surgery recently and can't use my left arm. An employee came to door to open it and take my packages to the counter because he saw me struggling. He was so kind.”
“i had an issue with a package being stuck at one location for about a month and when i came in to get the issue resolve they were quick to assist me with the issue. Tom was a huge help in fixing the issue at hand allowing me(seller) and the buyer to have everything resolved quickly!”

482 N Clay Rd, Hopeland“Here's a picture of Joseph P Miller's "Stage" in 1906 or 1907 in front of the Hopeland post office. You can barely see the word Hopeland on the side of his carriage. He hauled the mail until 1909 between Hopeland and Ephrata.”
“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”

1813 Olde Homestead Ln, Lancaster“Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.”
8AM - 4:30PM
16 Meadow Ln, Lancaster“The closest post office to my house - A cornerstone of Neffsville. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I use this post office a few times a week, and they have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Dave is the man - always knows exactly how to ship my items.”
“This is a drop location for FedEx but they need better wording on the Google account. It's connected to the office max. They can't scan the QR codes. If you find Yourself there confused like I was. I hope you're lucky and Gavyn is there to help you, he was patient and kind.”

1296 Lititz Pike, Lancaster“I walked in for 1 item at Staples and bought so many items to make my work life better, easier and more organized. Thank you for have such a nice, clean organized store that has a huge selection of merchandise. I'm so happy I didn't just order the 2 item online!”
“Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.”
“Stopped in here to mail a 80+ cards at once. Glad I took them here first instead of dropping them in a mailbox because since they were square cards and envelopes they required additional postage.”
