“Harrison is one of the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever taken our vehicles to. His prices are very reasonable and he does great work. Been taking our cars to him for 5 years since we moved to Lancaster and have never had a problem. I know he’s been in business here for multiple decades but still seems like a hidden gem.
Pro tip: There are multiple auto repair places in the same building. Harrison’s shop is through either of the two garage doors in the middle. I believe one is white and one is red.”
“On my way home from work, I caught a flat tire. There was a big nail sticking out of my tire . I called the shop first thing in the morning and asked If there’s any chance they could get this tire fixed on time before I get to work and not be late, they was able to get me in and get me out fast With no problem, this is the shop that I go to for all my issues. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who lives around the area. Everyone over here is really friendly and knows exactly what they’re doing. The prices on the tires is really affordable Really good tires I can guarantee you if you come out here you will not be disappointed on the work theses guys do From the manager from the workers, they are really professional in the job they do I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed”

“Great experience. I tried South Duke Auto because liked the review I read saying they don’t rip people/women off, and that seems to be true. I feel like I paid a fair price and they didn’t tell me anything extra was needed when I took it for back brakes. I got to pick it up same day, too. I’ll definitely be going back!”

When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the young lady working there & all of the other young men were all very professional. Tremendous customer service which is hard to find in this day & age. “My front headlight was out. So I purchased a new one and the team at Valvoline Columbia Ave assisted me. The manager Anthony personal assisted me; he informed me the Auto part placed sold me the wrong headlight bulb. So I went back and exchanged it for the right one. And even though they were busy today, Anthony told me to just pull up and he'd change the front bulb out. I offered to pay but he insisted it was no problem. I'm a single mother and driving in this crazy dreary rainy weather without proper lights is unsafe and thanks to Anthony and his team I'm safe to drive again. Fast and thorough work. Best customer service I've ever received mechanically by far. Thank you Anthony and team agains. ??✨”
“Been coming here for almost three years. The previous owners retired last year and the current staff have the same integrity and quality. As a woman it can be intimidating to go into a shop alone but I have never had an issue here. Prices are very fair and staff have been straightforward. No frivolous charges like the big corporations.”

“Ordered my tires online. Schedule an appointment for installation. Received notification when the tires arrived at the store. Received notification tires were ready for installation. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I was very very very pleased. Had a comfortable lounge area while I waited.”
