Went in to get an estimate on some bodywork for our Rav 4. I was greeted immediately, information was asked for and I was turned over to the estimator who took all information and checked out the vehicle. In and out in a half hour. Very pleasant and informative staff.

My nearly new Crosstrek was involved in a fender-bender, causing damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle, including the grill, fender, hood and right front door. Lancaster County Motors recommended LTM Collision Center, and I received an appointment for a little more than three weeks away. Due to damage more severe than had been estimated, my SUV spent a little over two weeks in the shop. When completed I was happy to see that my Crosstrek was good as new with a great paint job and working sensors. The shop also assisted in a rental from Enterprise, a short distance away. I have no hesitation in recommending LTM Collision Center for auto repair. (The after-picture shows shadows and is not indicative of the repair but you get the idea.)

If you are dealing with insurance, go somewhere else. I've used LTM for years and never had an issue until they switched to OEM only parts.Most insurances only cover used parts, which LTM won't work with anymore, and make you cover the cost difference upon picking up your car. They make you sign a contract saying you're responsible to cover the difference if insurance doesn't but don't bother telling you WHY the insurance won't cover it, and don't check in with you if you authorize them using only OEM parts ahead of time.I had to drop a few hundred dollars out of my own pocket because the other drivers insurance wouldn't cover a new wheel that LTM insisted on using. Although the work is good, I don't think I'll be going back here for future repairs, especially when dealing with insurance claims

My car is hit on 3/18/23. It arrived at LTM collision 3/19. It sat there for over 3 months before it was even torn appart. 6/30/23 i was finally told that it was a total loss. I will never come to this shop again. I suggest if you plan on going there, seek all other options. Absolutely nonsense and no one should have to wait this long to be told their vehicle is totalled!

They did a nice job. After living with the vehicle for a couple weeks we haven't noticed any signs of sloppy work (squeaks, rattles, leaks etc.) Turn around was slow, but it can be attributed to inconsistent part availability. I'd rather wait a little longer for something done right, than have them cut corners and save a few days. Just throwing it out there for the instant gratification folks who may have unrealistic expectations of this industry. I was in an accident and my mechanic recommended I bring it here. After going back and forth with Jeff at LTM and State Farm, I decided not to fix the car and take the insurance payout. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was charged $950.00 for "storage and admin fees. Had I been made aware that LTM was charging me daily rates I would've gotten the car out earlier but unfortunately I was waiting for State Farm's counter estimate for a week. I told LTM from the beginning that I was trying to avoid fixing the car. Jeff had plenty of time and many opportunities to make me aware of the daily fees but did not. These rates should be disclosed up front to the vehicle owner regardless of the situation. It was a shady and deceiving way for LTM to treat someone who's vehicle just had 13k worth of damage done... and 3 weeks before Christmas. Thanks LTM!!

Took my vehicle for an estimate to be done following collision with a deer. The facility is clean and the front end staffers polite and friendly. The estimator was Jeff Fritz and he was proffessional and thorough. In under thirty minutes, without an appointment I was walking out with estimate in hand.
