I visited Lancaster Toyota several times in the process of purchasing my car and I never felt "sales-pitched" or hassled into anything I didn't want. My product specialist, Andrew, was knowledgeable and patient in answering any questions I had. Once in the finance office, I worked with Reuben, who gave me information about the Toyota Extra Care warrantee, and said he would tell me about the other four extra warrantees if I wanted him to. There was no pressure to get anything. I asked if I could take the information home to read and think about and he said that was fine. He wouldn't be calling me, but I should call him back only if I wanted to purchase the warrantee. I found everyone I worked with to be both professional and helpful.

Promptly greeted on arrival. Process for visit explained. Received a video from the Tech reviewing my vehicle. Repairs completed in a timely manner. Great dealership to do business with.

Andrew is the best! I originally was deciding on a car there but someone else bought it before I decided. Andrew called me back and said he and his manager, Nick, could get me my ideal car. They managed to get it transferred in within 3 days and I am so very happy with my purchase. Lancaster Toyota is the BEST! Thanks, Andrew!

Always prompt service and great customer service. Continued communication while doing vehicle. They noticed my inspection was going to run out so they let me know so I was able to have it done while vehicle was there.

Car was inspected,tires rotation oil change,cabin filter replacement and all wipers changed. Promptly and timely completed. Labor cost for the total hours of under 1.5 was a bit pricey though. They could absolutely do better for regular customers with a history of returning for services.

I came in to purchase my leased 2021 Toyota 4-Runner TRD Off Road, since I was told by Toyota finance that I could go to any Toyota dealership to do the paperwork to purchase my vehicle. We waited for the finance guy, sat down with him for not even a minute and was told we had to go to the dealership where I leased it from which was an hour and 20 minute drive for us(Lancaster is a 20min drive for us) He told me the lady on the phone was wrong and he couldn’t do it. I left work early so I could purchase my vehicle and then had to leave work early another day to make the hour and 20 minute drive only to find out that finance guy at the Lancaster dealership lied to us, he just didn’t want to do the paperwork because they were not making any money off of our lease. I will never go there for anything again, take your business elsewhere they don’t care about their customers or potential future customers it’s all about the mighty dollar. If they can’t make a dollar off you they don’t care.
