We bought a 2018 Nissan Murano a week ago from Jen Loos. We honestly couldn't have been more impressed with her. She is kind, compassionate, and understanding. Extremely knowledgeable of the cars she shows you. Thorough with all details. Doesn't ever make you feel like "just another sale." We had to come back a different day to pick up the vehicle and had some questions afterward - her communication is truly exceptional, which is so important! We LOVE our Murano so far. We also had a great experience with Kane. He explained coverages and warranties thoroughly and WITHOUT any pressure. Super down to earth, we talked about vacations and family while signing all the papers. Made the experience enjoyable and friendly! We really felt taken care every step of the way ?

Great experience at Lancaster Nissan with Jennifer Loos (JLo). Least complicated car buying experience ever. Jen asked what model I was considering and everything fell into placed. I traded-in and bought Pre-Owned. Jen was respectful of my budget and was still able to offer viable options. She is attentive to detail and answered all questions. A visit to Lancaster Nissan with JLo, is worth your time!

My husband and I had decided to upgrade for a newer used car, and right after doing the blue book process to decide if we were going to do a trade in, we received a phone call from Manager Keith and he was very open, clear and helpful with everything. We went to meet up at Nissan and Jen Loos welcomed us at the parking lot as we were looking around the models they had in their inventory. Jen was very friendly and walked us through the whole process in a very respectful manner. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the car we needed. We decided to go with the 2022 Nissan Altima SR and we can't be more happy to be honest!
I highly recommend Jen Loos and Keith if you are looking or considering to purchase a new/used car. They go above and beyond!
I'm so grateful for all their help through this process!

We were shopping for a replacement vehicle due to our Murano getting totaled in an accident. Even though we did not end up purchasing one at Lancaster Nissan, I want to give Kolin, our Salesperson, a review. Kolin's personality and friendly demeanor was radiant, almost infectious. He listened intently to our wishes for what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to try to find us a vehicle that matched. I can not recommend him enough! We recently purchased a used car at Lancaster Nissan. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Jen Loos was incredibly helpful. The car that we were looking for was not available, but she was able to find an even better option for us. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole experience. I had an excellent car-buying experience last week with Kolin Fox Sheidy. Normally, I dread car shopping, but Kolin made it a breeze. He was incredibly attentive, an excellent listener, and asked all the right questions. Most importantly, he did not pressure me at all. I knew what I was looking for, and Kolin listened carefully, provided relevant information, and respected my budget. He never tried to push me into something I didn't want. It was a phenomenal buying experience, and I ended up purchasing the car the same day! I would (and will) 100% buy from Kolin again.

Recently bought a 2019 Rogue and couldn't be happier. Jason and Kolin were super knowledgable, patient, and personable. They answered all my questions and found me a great car for a great price!
