This review involves my experience with the service department, I didn't buy a car from there. I made an appointment for them to upgrade my cx-5's infotainment system and USB ports, while I supplied the parts needed. They only charged me $209 after tax for the job, much better than the others in the area that I called, and coincidentally they're located near my work so it was perfect. I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift started, and they have a nice guy who drives the complimentary shuttle and drove me to work. Although they refused to put on wiper blades that weren't sold from them due to "liability issues" (bleh) that was just a minor inconvenience. They called me only a few hours after drop-off time, which eased my mind knowing it'd be ready for me by the time I'm off. I will say though, I feel the shuttle could run a bit later, the last pick up is 4 which inconveniences the 9-5ers, but not a big deal because I just bought an uber, and was still saving me money and provided me more convenience than if I had went to another dealership on a day off. They did a perfect job, everything functions as expected and they gave me a coupon for a free car wash, which really sealed the deal for me (I appreciate the little things). This is the best experience I've had with any dealership and it's pretty safe to say I'll be going there for my future mazda needs.

Great car shopping experience, I was treated kindly and with respect. Salesperson Taylor did a wonderful job going over the benefits of purchasing a vehicle and was very patient with the requests that were asked. Definitely recommend Lancaster Mazda as a good dealer in the Lancaster area. PS: Their current gen lineup is pretty sick

I bought a new Mazda CX-5 from here in July. My husband and I worked with Hunter as our salesman-and he was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and friendly- he even accommodated our work schedules. All of the staff there was very welcoming and helpful.

Purchased my car here and was not satisfied. The dealer had to order the car as there were no models on the lot. the features were not as stated. since I ordered it, I was told I had to accept it. they had taken my trade in away and I had no other vehicle or way to leave. It was an awful experience. I will never buy there again and I do not recommend them.

The interior is nice..the service is fine. However if you're calling, be prepared for 10 questions about why you're calling. The last answering will ask everything under the sun of why you're caing and then tell you she can answer your question. 9 times out of 10, she can't and you have to ask your question again to service department all the while...you're already frustrated.
