Do not buy a kia from here if you expect them to service it. Unlike other Kia dealers in the area, they do not offer express service for things like oil changes... this is 2024 post covid, no one is making an appointment a month out to get an oil change...

I am very disheartened by a recent visit with this location. I received a letter in the mail from Lancaster KIA stating they could offer me the amount due on my current vehicle for an early termination on the loan. I saw a car I REALLY wanted and I was ready to buy same day, but the same old dealership song and dance, once I sat down with the sales rep, I actually could only get $6,000 less than what was owed on my current vehicle. I looked over the offer letter again to see if I misinterpreted anything written in the documentation and, to my knowledge, I read it as is. My vehicle only needs new tires and is not in poor condition. Arguably, excellent condition. I could not understand the immense drop in offer price between the pre-approval letter and the day I went in. The false advertising is very unfortunate. A star for my sales rep, Travis, being kind.

If you go to test drive a car or even buy a car I recommend going here and asking for Corry! He was very honest from the jump! You tell him what you’re looking for and he’s on top of it to the best of his ability!! 10/10 experience!

Lancaster Kia took the time to send me a letter and called me, saying they would like to buy my car and get me into a new 2024 Kia. They knew the value of my current loan. Just to have me come in, they then proceeded to low-ball me on my trade-in. Sleazy practice. I won't be back. Waste of time and gas. If you receive a letter in regards to them wanting to buy your car, please do not waste your time.

My dad and I came here just to look around from the moment we stepped out of our car we were impressed. It’s a relaxing atmosphere especially for a dealership our sales person Travis Zang was quick to greet us and see what we needed and was just as quick to walk away to give us time to look on our own. Everyone there was really great they got the numbers to work for the car we wanted and were quick to get back to us when things changed was a real great experience we have really had when looking for a new car. Been looking for a new Telluride and Lancaster Kia had what we were looking for.
Called and talked to Corry Price who confirmed it was on their lot. Drove 1 1/2 hours and after couple hours at the dealer we were driving away in a new Kia. Lancaster Kia gave us a great deal and Corry was extremely pleasant to work with. He made it all happen with a smile the entire time. The entire process could not have gone any better.
So far the new Telluride has been great and is everything we were looking for.
Would highly recommend Lancaster Kia and the Telluride!

They fixed the problem after 1000.00 dollars worth of work. You would at least think they would vacuum your vehicle . They deceive the customer as well about parts and labor. Not recommended.
