Customer service is out of this world. I ordered a drawer type dishwasher that I knew was a scratch and dent Item. They shipped it to Nebraska for me, and got it to me extremely fast. when it arrived and I unboxed everything my wife thought the face of the unit was damaged a little more than she would like, so I contacted them again and they sold me a new front face. even having to buy the new face this was still a big savings over purchasing a new undamaged unit. they responded to emails very fast and answered every question I had. I wish I had a local company like this in my area.

They use to be a great place to go, even sent others to do business with them. They do not back up the appliances they sell and the extended warranties are worthless. 2 of the 4 appliances went down within 2 weeks of each other and the service technician had no idea what he was doing. He stood there and told the wife nothing was wrong with the oven that caught fire from using the self clean for the first time on a 3 yr old appliance, then while they were standing there, it started to throw codes out. He said I take that back messed around with it for another 30 min and left. The store told the wife someone else had the same issue with the self clean. The wife keeps all of her appliances in pristine condition, so it's not a lack of care. I would not recommend shopping here.

Tried to order a stove that was not longer available other sites. Gochnauer's email never replied with a name and once pictures were requested , we were told it was sold. ODD way

They were friendly and really helpful. Told the salesman what we wanted and he didn't try to sale us anything else. Second time we bought something there and will buy there again.

Great experience and great customer service. Bill was great in helping us pick out our appliances and made the process so easy and personal. The guys who installed our fridge and range when above and beyond in their delivery. I cant wait to meet the dishwasher installer and have no doubts this will be an amazing experience as well. What I really appreciate was them keeping us updated while our appliances were coming it. We knew going into it-it would take time and we appreciate the updates that were given. I would recommend going here if you have to purchase appliances.

I had to buy a new dryer today and heard of this family owned/operated appliance store. It was the best experience I've ever had, buying a large ticket household item. The customer service was great! From the nice woman that answered my call to the owner spending time with me while I weighed my options. Adam helped me purchase the dryer that best fit my household. They service everything they sell and they have many products from grills to water purifiers to grilling utensils! I left knowing that I bought a great product at a reasonable price! Thank you Adam and staff!!

Sid went out of his way today to help replace a part for my 23 year old refrigerator. He didn't have the exact part needed, but he modified what he had available to save me from having to order the exact one, which would have been 3X as expensive. My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen very soon, so though we were not quite ready to replace the existing fridge, Sid's assistance enabled me to fix it and it will now get us through until we're ready to buy a new one. We will definitely be buying all our new kitchen appliances from Gochnauer! In this age of people dealing with the know-nothing big box stores, it's awesome to have a local appliance dealer who offers great, old-fashioned service, plus a large showroom and inventory to support their sales, as well.
