We worked with Ethan Allen design services at this location to furnish a large portion of our new to us home. We had some unique layouts that were causing us some frustration and our designer Julie blew us away with her recommendations! She quickly picked up on the style we wanted and the function we needed in our purchases (Shes also great at helping you stay true to those wants and needs if you are one to waffle/second guess in decision making). If you are looking for some guidance on furniture for your home, I would (and have) recommend Ethan Allen in Lancaster to anyone!!

If I could give no star I would. I brought a sofa that in less than a month it looks like i brought from the trash. Never again I would buy from Ethan Allen. The sofas cushions look all wrinkled and the springs sounds every time you sit. I’m so disappointed in the quality.I was offered for a company to come and repair. Waiting on appointment for next week.I hate my sofa with a passion.

Our Ethan Allen purchase was exceptional from start to finish. Our salesperson was attentive and listened to both our dreams and budget for a new bedroom set for our daughter. The delivery date was spot on and the delivery men were conscientious, courteous, and even showed up a few minutes early which was wonderful!

The delivery guys did not set up a single slat for support the best. The bed was creaking so much and when we lifted the mattress we realized they dumped everything underneath the frame. My husband had to fix it. Event then the number of supporting slats was far less than our previous bed from Ashley’s. I doubt I will buy from Ethan Allen again

Great customer service. Chelsea was amazing to work with. She was patient and took her time to get to know us and the space we were working with. She let us ask her questions, helped us figure out what we needed and put our space together. We are so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. We love our new furniture.

I highly recommend Linda Stabinski, Ethan Allen design consultant, in Lancaster PA! She helped me create a fantastic living room design to move me out of my current 90’s decor. My family absolutely loves our newly decorated modern space! There is more furniture in this room and instead of feeling cluttered; it feels open, inviting, fresh, and spacious. I find myself sitting in a different chair in that room everyday to take in the view and a new perspective from that space. Linda collaborates with me and adds so many touches and layers of design to my vision I’d never even thought of. This is my 4th room Linda has designed. I told her I’m running out of rooms in my home for her to design! She is absolutely lovely to work with, kind, and trustworthy. The Ethan Allen furniture pieces I own are high quality at affordable prices. The available financing makes it easy for anyone to transform their life space to enjoy for years to come. Each piece is so well manufactured I can see the pride in its craftsmanship. The white glove delivery and installation is always seamless and convenient. I look forward to working with Linda on future design projects. Even if I have to buy another house to furnish. ? Stop in and see her, you’ll be so glad you did!

She was always available by text to keep me in the loop and her decorating style is amazing she has my living room looking classy and cozy I could not be happier if you are looking for quality you will find it here at Ethan Allen quality furniture and quality customer service .
