“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”
“A pleasant shopping/browsing experience in adorable Skippack Village. The owner (person working there?) was extremely kind and helpful. Before leaving the store, she gave great recommendations of restaurants and up and coming boutique stores within the Village. She was very nice to talk to. Reid Skiro is the name of that representative and now, after years of working together, we’ve become friends.The quality and craftsmanship in each of the suits, shirts, shoes, blazers, jeans, and overcoats that I’ve purchased from Reid is top notch. I constantly get compliments on how well these tailored clothes fit and I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail. A very fine company indeed.”
“This store keeps the CUTEST pieces in stock at all times… every season I come to buy a few new pieces to spruce up my wardrobe!! The prices are comparable to/often cheaper than other boutiques in the area, and every season they get new styles and fits.For a while I would shop online, but I’d always end up returning everything… HERE you can TRY ON clothes & know you’re going to look cute in everything you purchase! Every time I’ve come in the sale associates have been so helpful, if I need a different size or color I don’t even have to leave the fitting room to get it. The employees are beyond helpful, and I always end up leaving with more than I initially came for. Not to mention they have a perfect fitting room space, where my (2 yr old) daughter can sit and color or read.Their dresses are FIRE for everything, girls’ night out, bridal showers, or even just to run some errands when you want to feel cute ??. Nowhere else I’d rather go to find the basics or something fancy!Highly recommend, trust me you won’t be disappointed!”
“I have been coming to this boutique for years now. I buy all my clothes, accessories and shoes from TC Unlimited. I get lots of compliments from everyone when I wear anything I get from Keai. Most of all I love her lives because I get a chance to see her modeling things and then I instantly buy it. Keai and her staff are always pleasant and willing to help. If keai isn’t there her staff is just as good as her. They really take care of me when I come on Sundays to pickup.”
“Beautifully curated clothing from Japan, Spain, Italy, Sweden, but also California, Pennsylvania and Brooklyn. The things you buy here are the only clothes you’ll want to wear. The opposite of fast fashion, these clothes last forever and are truly beautiful. They look great on young people but also it’s a wonderful place to change your look when past 45.The sales people are never pushy and they will tell you what looks good and what doesn’t. “You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”
“I highly recommend Stupp Furs in Haverford. Hal, his staff and family members that work there are all highly professional, friendly and their knowledge of furs and the fur industry is unsurpassed. I took my beautiful fur lined silk coat that was given to me by my mother to Stupp Furs, after being told by several other fur repair shops that the coat was ruined and nothing could be done. Actually the value and condition of the coat wasn’t the greatest and was worsened by sitting at a theater on a seat the had lots of popcorn butter on it, leaving a big stain in the back. Hal was very honest with me regarding being able to make the coat look wearable again. I told him of the sentimental value that it had to me because I remembered my mother wearing the coat. He said he would do everything that he could to see if it could be cleaned and repaired. He also agreed it was a beautiful vintage classic coat. He told me he was going to send it out to their repair shop. Two weeks later he called and said my coat was back and to stop by. When I got there he said they said getting the butter out of the silk was made worst when I tried to clean it off with water before I first took it in. So he said let me think about this. I have so ideas that just might work. So I said try anything, I love my coat. Three months later I received I call to come pick up my beautiful coat! I was so happy. Hal said that’s what we like, to make our clients happy! So I decided to put my coat in storage with them. AND I ALSO FOUND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CASHMERE COAT WITH FUR ON THE INSIDE TO WHERE THIS COMING WINTER SEASON! What a GREAT PLACE WITH Impeccable, customer service, and more!A.G. Fletcher”

“I visited this boutique while visiting my friend who lives in Philly, and they had many beautiful things! The sales consultant who helped us told is that the owners are greek and try to incorporate the beauty and colors of their culture into the items they sell. I would say that they do a good job. I was shopped out for the day, but my friend purchased her weight in purses and jewelry. We were really attracted to some of their summer items, but unfortunately they did not have our sizes! I would definitely give this shop a visit for some beautiful Philly keepsakes!”
