“I been going to this store for the past 5 months, and I have experienced nothing but great customer service from customers service coordinator Nick. When I come into store he always greets me, asks me how am I doing and if I need any help. He is always very professional with me and anyone he comes encounter with. I often see he is very respectful and polite to her colleagues and coworkers. For what I can see when I’m in the store as often as I am, he always is making sure everyone in the store is happy. Celeste is also a wonderful worker, she is always respectful and kind.”

He ended up going out of his way to get me in and get me into a new driver. Super informative and fun to talk to. “La Bella Moda is what bridal salon dreams are made of!!!!!!My mom and I went to La Bella Moda, as a very casual, “get our hands wet” situation. It was my first ever time trying on any wedding gowns and I really wanted to go to have the experience with only my mom, more than anything. Gabby, the owner, spent the morning with us and helped us through the process. After listening to me and my likes, and going through only a handful of dresses, she ended up pulling something for me that I never in a million years would have picked for myself but ended up being the dress we bought that SAME DAY!I can’t speak highly enough about Gabby and La Bella Moda. She made this experience with my mom SO special. She was attentive, patient, kind, and made us both feel extremely comfortable. Above all, it is very clear Gabby knows what she is doing when it comes to finding the right dress for a bride. It took no time at all for her to pull the exact dress I ended up buying. I felt as though Gabby was just a long time friend who we were celebrating with as opposed to a sales person.I would choose this place time and time again if I could!”

“Sherrima at the Ummah Shop was amazing! We're from Toronto and only here for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed browsing The Ummah Shop. Kind is an understatement of her customer service, she was an absolute gem! Great curation of items for Muslim customers in a "main stream" mall. But definitely stop by to show your support for Sherrima. This is such an important initiative as the Muslim population grows and we make our presence known in larger venues. “I highly recommend Stupp Furs in Haverford. Hal, his staff and family members that work there are all highly professional, friendly and their knowledge of furs and the fur industry is unsurpassed. I took my beautiful fur lined silk coat that was given to me by my mother to Stupp Furs, after being told by several other fur repair shops that the coat was ruined and nothing could be done. Actually the value and condition of the coat wasn’t the greatest and was worsened by sitting at a theater on a seat the had lots of popcorn butter on it, leaving a big stain in the back. Hal was very honest with me regarding being able to make the coat look wearable again. I told him of the sentimental value that it had to me because I remembered my mother wearing the coat. He said he would do everything that he could to see if it could be cleaned and repaired. He also agreed it was a beautiful vintage classic coat. He told me he was going to send it out to their repair shop. Two weeks later he called and said my coat was back and to stop by. When I got there he said they said getting the butter out of the silk was made worst when I tried to clean it off with water before I first took it in. So he said let me think about this. I have so ideas that just might work. So I said try anything, I love my coat. Three months later I received I call to come pick up my beautiful coat! I was so happy. Hal said that’s what we like, to make our clients happy! So I decided to put my coat in storage with them. AND I ALSO FOUND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CASHMERE COAT WITH FUR ON THE INSIDE TO WHERE THIS COMING WINTER SEASON! What a GREAT PLACE WITH Impeccable, customer service, and more!A.G. Fletcher”
“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“Nothing to dislike about this jumbo Free People location in the massive King of Prussia mall. Plenty of items to choose from and well stocked. Clothing, activewear, jewelry, accessories, bags, cosmetics, and more. The staff is courteous and helpful but not overbearing. Park outside by DSW Shoes to get best access and pretty hassle-free parking.”

Ginny was so attentive and made sure I had what I needed and felt good in what I was buying. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the other associate, but she was just as sweet and was handing out signature cocktails to everyone while they shopped. I'm so glad I stopped in and cannot wait to go back!”
