This girl was so rude , all because I asked a question and she didn’t want to be bothered- she went as far as cursing at me which made me fly off the handle and threw my stuff on the floor and walk out and call customer service to report her. 3300 Dekalb pike Norristown pa 19401. ! I went this girl fired. She claims she was a shift supervisor. Well, she needs to be retrained, but I want her fired. I have never in my life witnessed anyone at Walgreens talking like this ever

This store is understaffed and the staff appears burnt out every time I am there. The led pharmacy tech doesn't let you get a word in edge wise when discussing coverage issues-she's quick to cut ppl off and talk over them. Even those of us that have worked in medicine for over 15 years. Walgreens much like CVS and Rite Aid are too automated, and myself and the world class doctors I work for are all advising pts to stick with local or specialty pharmacies for accurate and timely prescription help.

I've been doing business with this location for decades.. Lately, since Alpa left, this place took a downturn.
They have this lady named Michelle. She does not seem to either kike me or my kind, as I am a Latino.. Every time She assists me there is an issue.. I stopped taking Claritin a Ling time ago because She said I had purchased an over the limit amount and when I questioned her, She could not give me an answer on how She based her data from..!!!! I never said anything and did mention it to Alpa.. When Alpa was present, Michelle treated me accordingly. When Alpa was not there, I had to go an extra step to get my prescriptions..
Today I went to the drive through..I sat there for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to say anything.. Not even an "we're busy, we will be right with you" which I would understand. I went inside to the pharmacy counter and asked if there was a drive-through service today and guess who was there?!! Yes!! Michelle!! She said that She was busy with a client and that is why she did not come to the window.. I guess I am not a client... I asked Michelle if my prescription was ready, and she looked me up and said no, we said 1 pm...it was 11:45 am... Other times they would ask me to wait a minute and handle me.. So I'm looking for another Pharmacy at this point and with The Wallgreen Application, it should be easy to change Pharmacies.. I don't like lack and or arrogant customer service.. I would say, shame on you! WHERE IS ALPA?!!! By the way, it's my Diabetes Prescription and I ran out last night.. So today, I haven't taken it.. Thanks for your concern... SMHWA

Unfortunately it has been taking days to weeks to fill a prescription and sometimes they just never fill it at all. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Yesterday 10 a.m. I set up my prescription to be delivered. The notification stated that it would arrive at 6pm FedEx delivery. My prescription was never delivered so I called the next day at 10 am and a guy answered, I told him that my delivery never came, he told me that the person who was responsible didn't have "FedEx" pick up the delivery and that he would make sure it goes out today. I called the pharmacy at 3pm and was put in a loop for 20 minutes then hung up on called back and was on for 30 minutes. When finally a lady answered and told me that my order wasn't delivered because it was door dash. I explained to her that it wasn't supposed to be door dash it should have been FedEx. She told me that I'd have to pick it up. I explained that I was on medication and couldn't drive, and asked if I could have my prescription sent to another store and she said I'd have to do it myself but wouldn't get my medicine today.. I'd have to start a new post to tell the rest, it's not good. Walgreens pharmacy let me down when I needed them the most.

202 and Township line. Cashier was rude, dismissive, aloof, and some what of a racist in her behaviors, or should I say lack of behaviors. The people in the particular store are usually quite wonderful but this one will ruin the reputation of all. Don't worry these types generally don't last long in any job. Very disappointing. I don't need to go there so I will take my money somewhere else.

Homophobe employee refused to give me the medication I needed I called ahead to verify then left I am not fro the area it was last and I was exhausted Her name starts with an R. When she asked why I was in the area I told her I was here to help a frei d and his husband, that was when the problem began .Unacceptable! Contemptible! Contacted Walgreens Corporate and have heard nothing Teally Disappointing Walgreens Support that hateful employee
