Rarely ever have a good experience at this specific location other than buying my computer and a box of pencils. Gotten attitude from the associates twice when asking simple questions about products and half the time no one is around to offer customer assistance. Will no longer go to this specific location and recommend people in Norristown find another spot as well for better convienence.

One of the associates here went well above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service.
Short version: I had some things printed for my father, and when he picked them up, he also did some browsing and got a few things there. He misplaced the printing and could not for the life of him remember where it might have gone. So a few days after the original order, I ordered the same items printed there.
The next morning, I got a call from an associate at the Staples print center (I did not get her name, sadly) who said that the original printouts had been found in the store and turned in (my dad must have set them down while browsing and forgotten them). She told me we could pick up the original printouts anytime and that she would be glad to cancel the duplicate order.
Amazing! There were several opportunities throughout this situation for an employee to say "not my job" or "why should I go out of my way for a stranger?" but instead, this employee seize an opportunity to be helpful.
My dad was so relieved that he hadn't lost the printouts completely (he was really wracking his brain to retrace his steps). Both he and I will be loyal Staples print customers for life!

I submitted my son's first birthday month pictures to be printed. I just want the month photos to be printed on cardstock at 8x11 (Normal paper size). In the special instructions section, I asked if it would be possible to have the pictures cut to 5x7. The images I submitted were 5x7 but could be printed on 8x11. I tired printing them on my home computer so I know it can be printed on 8x11 paper. Thinking this was a printing and copying business having something cut to 5x7 (If possible) wouldn't be a huge issue. Well I got the rudest phone call from Jason in printing. He started off with stating that my request could not be completed. I asked why not? He said, "First of all, this would need to be a custom job, second the pricing is all wrong (I had not paid at this point), third, I am not going to sit here an cut all of this up." There was more involved in the rant he seemed to be having regarding my printing request. I was so disgusted by his tone and disrespect I could do nothing more than state how rude he was being and hang up. I cant believe that they allow their employees to speak to customers in that manner. A simple we can not complete your request as uploaded and explanation why would have been much nicer. We could have possibly came up with a solution. I just wanted the pictures printed on cardstock, I would have cut them myself. I have never had issues in the past when using staples for any of my printing needs. I have used them for my wedding, my bridal and baby showers and my dads funeral pictures. I will NEVER EVER use Staples for any of my printing or office supplies needs.

Went there for TSA precheck and the person working was very quick and friendly! Easy process :)

I went here for Amazon returns. The customer in front of me asked to speak to the manager to complain about a worker, I believe the worker’s name was Jeremy? The woman manager then asked if I needed help and when I told her I was here for Amazon returns she rolled she eyes and asked another man to help me. This man then asked how many returns do I have and when I said 11 he got all mad and said “now that is just ridiculous!!!” then asked “omg how many swimsuits did you buy?” as if its any of his business. All of this happened as the manager was standing there as well and she did not intervene. I make my returns very easy and had every barcode pulled up with the return. It probably only took him under 5 minutes to do my returns. Neither of these workers were the ones the original customer was complaining about so I guess this store has no good staff.

I was at staples trying to send something UPS and the first associate was so rude in his customer service I choose to go somewhere else. From there i asked the first guy who his mgr was and he pointed to the guy sitting down at the desk. When I went to complain the guy stated oh he is rude to me to and laughed as if it was a joke. I got so upset I asked for their names to which they stated they would not give me, and continued to laugh and said that they didn't care if I called anyone on them. I found this lady who stated she was the store mgr and she didn't really know what to do or say she did give me their names and stated it was Jason & Walt !! Unacceptable behavior Below is a pic of what they look like to which they knew I was taking due to their names not be given. Find another location to go to !! This one is terrible

The male manager/cashier with the glasses and long blond hair is completely unprofessional and rude. I asked how the self service printing worked since I've never used it before, he proceeds to tell me conflicting information from what's on the signs around the printer area and then yells at me when I ask for clarity. The one star is purely for the guy at the printing area tonight that was willingly to help and speak to me like I'm a human being.
