People- I've met and talked with a few of the people there, including Kurt, Claire, and Shane, and they're all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
Prices- They aim to beat the prices of popular online competitors and have handily done that for me multiple times. Especially during sale events, which are quite often, the prices are fantastic.
Service- When there was a very minor problem with my new lens that other stores might not even have considered a problem, they took it seriously and immediately ordered me a new one that came in next business day; I was *majorly* impressed with how they handled this and it made me feel valuable and well taken care of which was a 180 from my uncertainty about the problem on my expensive new lens. I can't overstate how much that comfort mattered to me.
Community- They run lots of classes and events. I went to the photo walk at the lavender farm last year and it was well run, a great learning experience, and lots of fun. I also went to the anniversary event this month and again it was great. They really put work in to engage with those of us lucky to live nearby and it shows.
It's a huge win shopping here over big-box online stores; better prices, better experience, supporting local business and keeping our money local, and you can handle the products and walk out with your stuff the same day you buy it!”

“There is a REASON this ups has a 4.7 and all the other stores struggle to get above 3 stars. Viraj (the store manager) is one of the nicest kindest people I have met in my entire life. Every time you walk in he smiles and says hello and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Best of all, he gets people in and out and if someone is having an issue with an order, he’ll have someone help them on the side so he can keep the line moving. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes in line - I normally hate going to drop off packages but the people at this store are so nice it actually brightens my day! Cannot say enough good things!”
“Good shop with a very knowledgeable staff. They also have a print shop next store. Parking isn't the best, there's 2 or 3 spots out front and the rest is metered. Good inventory, I bought some bounce umbrellas and shoot through ones and a wide angle lens. I would recommend these guys, also not many options in the area without checking online.”

“Mike at Smith Prints was a complete liver saver! I needed 3 shirts, last minute for a presentation I was doing the next day - and came across his company on google. I gave him a call at 12:30 in the afternoon, day before the presentation and told him how the last company I ordered shirts with fell through with shipping. He was able to locate 3 shirts in his office (usually shirts have to be shipped to a screenprinter before the order gets worked on), but he took the time to check around in his office for these shirts to print my design on! He was very clear with his communication and kept me in the loop throughout the day. A designer of his got sick and left early, and he called me to let me know - honesty and open communication was of the utmost importance at the last hour for me since I was let down by the other vendor. BUT STILL, with a designer sick, he was able to come through and print 3 amazing shirts for me - that I was able to pick up at his company that night. The shirts were a HUGE HIT and the pricing, for the service I received was SO REASONABLE! On behalf of me and the 2 other people who received these shirts, I can't be thankful enough for your honesty, open communication, dedication and of last but not least - delivering an amazing product with great quality! The service and professionalism is top notch at Smith prints - I would 100% recommend them, and also keep them in mind for the future - thank you SO much!!”

“One of the associates here went well above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service.
Short version: I had some things printed for my father, and when he picked them up, he also did some browsing and got a few things there. He misplaced the printing and could not for the life of him remember where it might have gone. So a few days after the original order, I ordered the same items printed there.
The next morning, I got a call from an associate at the Staples print center (I did not get her name, sadly) who said that the original printouts had been found in the store and turned in (my dad must have set them down while browsing and forgotten them). She told me we could pick up the original printouts anytime and that she would be glad to cancel the duplicate order.
Amazing! There were several opportunities throughout this situation for an employee to say "not my job" or "why should I go out of my way for a stranger?" but instead, this employee seize an opportunity to be helpful.
My dad was so relieved that he hadn't lost the printouts completely (he was really wracking his brain to retrace his steps). Both he and I will be loyal Staples print customers for life!”
