Kyle Mulrane site manager is a good guy. Went above his duty and helped me out while saving me time and frustration on a very trying day I was having. I appreciate him as you should value him as an employee. I don’t wanna get my car washed anywhere else’s now.

Big thank you to the guys working! Especially to Kyle. I went up with ApplePay which wasn’t available, and didn’t have my card on me. Instead of being sent out the back I was given a free wash by the guys working. Seriously appreciated!

There are always several staff people to help select wash cycles, so there is no struggle to press buttons/figure out what you need. AND the unlimited timing on their vacuuming station is priceless (at least if your family is as messy as mine).

Clone Shawn!! (he may spell it Sean or Shaun). Long story short, I was hit on my credit card with a second monthly payment when I shouldn't have, called Pete's the next day and explained to Shawn what happened. He understood and simply asked to bring my card in for a credit return which I did today. The wash was extremely busy as was Shawn and I had no problem waiting a bit. He got to me in short order and couldn't have been nicer taking care of me. He then generously gave me a free wash. We have all dealt with many "customer no-service" persons in different situations over the years but once in a while, there are some people who are a pleasure to deal with and genuinely nice.

I don't like this car wash at all because of the long lines, the tiny parking lot, the scratches I'm left with on my car, the dirty vacuum areas, where there's always too much water on the ground and it's slippery. I don't like that my car is always left dirty after washing it, it doesn't clean OR dry my car properly, and they have the rudest customers. The last time I visited the east Norriton location, that was my last time, because the bar wouldn't lift to let me in, and I had a membership, and even after they gave me a new membership sticker, it still wouldn't read my new sticker either. I don't like how the machine shuts down twice during the wash either. This place went downhill.

I love Pete’s Car Wash! He sold all the locations I went to prior. I keep begging him not to sell this location. Staff is so nice and helpful with any questions you may have.

Not only is this location always dirty and the vacuums don’t work properly, they do not give a full 30 days for your membership. BEWARE!! I was charged for a membership at the beginning of the month (on the 1st) and 27 days later, they tried to take out the next payment but my CC# changed, therefore, they couldn’t process the payment. I tried to go through the wash and they told me I needed to sign up again because my card was declined. I technically should have had three more days of washes. I spoke to the mgr and he told me he has nothing to do with billing and couldn’t give a proper explanation to why I wasn't getting a full month of washes. SCAM!!

Kyle allowed me to go through the eash twice after noticing my tires were very dirty. He offered me a monthly pass which I declined bc i am not in that area often. He was very professional & kind!

I would go to any other style car wash. You have to rely on other people knowing what to do, and if they fail, your car could get damaged.
They also are not held liable for any damage you will get.
What they can do to help; collect info from other drivers. But when they collect that info, they do not get back to you in a timely manner.
