Everything was made very simple and straightforward. I appreciate the sincerity of the staff and this location did not have long wait times at all. I was done within 15-20 minutes.

Amy at the front desk gets the 5 stars! She’s so helpful and made it easy for us to resolve our check-in issues. I’ve also witnessed that she was the same with other patients. Knows how to multi task & efficient. Wish there were more people like her. 9/5/24

I had been worried prior to coming, but my worries were all alleviated after meeting Dr. Williams and the other staff members who helped care for me.
I would highly recommend coming here for Primary Care needs and I feel confident I would be referred to other specialists if or when the need arises. I felt my concerns were heard and evaluated properly and that I am starting with a very good caring physician who will be thorough in helping me manage my health and concerns.

I went there for joint pain this a.m. The receptionist/billing clerk told me that they don't provide PCP care for Cigna patients. I didn't know that receptionists made medical determinations of care, but she apparently does. I left and won't ever return there. I had just been there in May for a non-urgent issue and didn't have a problem with billing. How was this place best of Montco for several years???? Billing clerks should not be determining medical care.

I will only go to Patient First if I need “urgent care.” You are surrounded with kind, helpful staff, the areas are super clean and comfortable, and it all makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Thank you!

It was a very pleasant visit. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. The staff was great and friendly, with no pressure, great updated equipment, and everyone very knowledgeable with all of it. Dr. David Henry was very nice, listened, and professional, and I thought he had the best bedside manner I've seen in a long time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency in which the office ran. From the receptionists to the nurses to the PAs - everyone was so efficient and kind. It was greatly appreciated! Especially during a time where I was feeling nervous and scared about my condition. If I needed to go to an urgent care or recommend an urgent care to someone, I would definitely recommend this place.
