The whole building looks like it isn’t in working order. It’s ton to shreds. The older lady who checked me in was extremely rude and dismissive. The blood draw was fine but the tape she put on me had a TON of someone else’s hair stuck to it!!!!??????? I took it off immediately. This location should just be shut down.

Like every Labcorp location in the area, this office is just awful. Because there is no incentive to treat people as patients, and because employees that take these jobs are the absolute bottom of the barrel in healthcare, these locations are unmitigated disasters. The employee attitudes are horrendous. The facilities are disgusting. They have no idea how their own tech works. My suggestion, find one of the newer Quest locations. Stay far, far away from labcorp in Montgomery County.

Awful experience at this specific location, 342 W Germantown Ave. I suppose the one star is for being timely- I had a scheduled appointment and was seen at that time. However, the person who checked me in and drew my blood was extremely rude and also left me with an enormous bruise. They barely communicated with me at all, and didn't listen to me when I told them, these veins aren't great, but these veins are usually good, which I know from having had hundreds of blood draws in my life. They tied the tourniquet without telling me which vein they were going to use, and when I asked, just said "that one" without actually indicating which one. When I pointed on my arm, they yelled at me to not touch it, then yelled "I know what I'm doing!" Then they refused to talk to me at all through the blood draw, then just said "you're done," and they walked out of the room. I tried to remain calm and not do or say anything that made the person yell at me again since they had a needle in my arm, which made me forget to tell them I'm allergic to alcohol wipes also. So, after I left, I had an allergic reaction, and then also a large bruise developed and stayed for at least a week, about half the size of the average smartphone.
Needless to say, I will never visit this location again even though it's the closest one. I have had great experiences at other Labcorp locations and will definitely drive a little further to go to one of them.

Rudest tech I've ever met. I will never ever go back there.

Had a really upsetting and disappointing experience here today. The employee I dealt with today was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the health care industry. There are sick people in that office to get
tests done and it is truly wrong to allow anyone to be treated the way we were today. The second we walked in the glass divider between the waiting area and the front desk was loudly slammed shut (and would continue to be, over and over as we waited), but despite the slammed window everyone in the waiting area could still hear complaints from the employee about the patient who had just walked out. This did not set a good tone to the office right off the bat and it felt very uncomfortable. It only went down hill from there when the person behind the desk was extremely short, annoyed for no reason, and down right rude. We left without getting the blood work done because I can’t imagine allowing someone like that to handle any aspect of my health care, let alone come near me with a needle. It’s really sad to
think that this is how many patients are now treated at this location. If you don’t like working with the public a job in healthcare is clearly not for you, patients should not have to suffer the rate of unhappy employees. I hope lab corps can do something to mitigate the risk of more patients experiencing this in the future. I wish I could give zero stars.

The ladies who work here on Friday was fast and efficient. I didn't have an appointment and it was crowded and I was out of there in less the 20 minutes. Shaneqa I think that's her name, who drew my blood really quick & it wasn't painful. I usually feel it days later, she was very gentle. I appreciate that so much. So shout out to the ladies who work there. Thank you

This place has extremely bad web experience, coupled with an inaccurate google listing and absolutely no signage when you arrive.
I could not retrieve my appointment details from my account page - only from my confirmation email.
Then their Google listing is inaccurate so it sent me to Wendy’s
Finally, I find what might be the location- but it’s in a residential complex. You enter into what looks like a driveway and see a tiny sign. The sign is unclear and seems to point to a house. When I got out of the car I went to a door and it has a slapdash sign that said - go to the other entrance. What? Where? What other entrance? No signage on anything at all. I find a door that is unlocked and wander around the unmarked hallway until I find a single door with a sign that says Lab Corp. Inside there are 20 annoyed people waiting. I’m never using this place again.

There are 2 techs. A thin short was my tech today. She was rude, nasty and not skilled - my arm still hurts. Asked me twice if I was in blood thinners - answered "no" twice. Told her she didn't seem very happy and she sneered at me with a fake smile. HR needs to teach her what "Customer Service" mean = Customers Pay Her Salary.

Horrendous experience my last visit. Must have been a new tech, tried to get blood after SIX sticks and was literally DIGGING the needle around in my arm. Waited over TWO hours and had an appointment. The star is for the other tech who was friendly and was getting people in and out in a short time. Will not let that other tech anywhere near me next time.

If I could get this place is zero, I would. The staff was so disrespectful, and the woman who drew my blood was talking down to me. She was so awful and rude! Stay far away from this place!
