This school was previously under different management and really poorly managed. Ever since they brought in Lilah and her staff it has been like night and day. Staff is super nice , helpful, responsive; my daughter is generally very shy but she loves everyone who works here and we have seen her make so much progress in her swimming. Bathroom / changing areas are kept really clean and is convenient for showering after class.

The staff and facilities were great! We were looking for a place to test our underwater robot for an upcoming competition. Kids First was accommodating and we were able to do some full scale tests, found issues and were able to fix them before the competition. Kids First is not just a place to swim - to Saint Helena Robotics, it was a proving ground for our robot. Thank you!!

Wow! We threw our twins fifth birthday here and it was a truly amazing atmosphere. There were private decorated stalls for every child to change into their swimsuits, such adorable art on all the walls of the facility and just SO CLEAN! The party area was fully glass so we could look out on the pool. It felt like we had a pool palace all to ourselves! And as for the pool, it was perfectly warm and inviting. I will be coming back on the weekends for family swim hour. There really is no comparison to pools at the Y or gyms were everyone’s lips get purple after 10 minutes. The kids stayed in for a full hour comfortably and it was very safe. We also sprung for a “live mermaid” and boy was she worth it—-she did an amazing job swimming around and sharing mermaid lore with a gaggle of very hyper 5 year olds. The staff were very helpful, even climbing ladders to help us with a decoration problem. Highly, highly recommend. Their best birthday so far!

Just finished up an amazing birthday party with 1 hr of private swimming and 1 hr of private room. The staff were fabulous to deal with.

I work here, and this place is very good for kids to swim. We have very good customer service, and our instructors are very careful with children/adults/babies. Children learn a lot about swimming, they learn to swim, and above all, they learn things to do in case of any emergency.

Both of my kids (7 and 4) have been going here for well over a year and love it. The team of instructors are attentive and friendly. I've never had an issue with billing, rescheduling, make-up classes, etc.

Our kids love the instructors. The staff is great and very helpful and the facility is always very clean and tidy. They also have kids night on certain Fridays, where they have swim, activities and pizza for the kids. Nice opportunity for parents to have a night out!

I had my daughters birthday there last night and it was perfect from start to finish! I can't thank Kayla and everyone who helped enough! I would highly recommend it to anyone and am so happy with how everything turned out. plus my daughter loved her birthday

My daughter had a PHENOMENAL birthday party here. The staff was so helpful with all our questions any needs during our time there.The party room is a perfect size with plenty of tables for food, games, etc.Would love to host here again.

My granddaughter loves it there and they do a great job. IMHO, the purpose/goal should be twofold: teach swimming(of course) AND make the child comfortable to return and continue. She looks forward to her time with Ms. Melanie and is so very comfortable with her. Even if you have had previous inconsistent experience here, return and see the great improvements both to the facility and management (Lilah)!

Been coming here for ten years and the new owners have really made the space beautiful! So excited for some consistency that already shows in the short time they’ve been there. Just keep swimming!!
