“I had a complicated, multi-state transaction. I spoke to 3 other auto tag companies before Jacoby's and got 3 different half-answers. Then I spoke to Rich. He walked me through the process, explained each step, and told me what I needed to do. At that point I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. When I got to Jacoby's, I dealt with Karen (I think that was her name), who was both knowledgeable and a lovely person. She was able get us in and out in 20 minutes, which considering everything we had to do, was remarkable. The folks at Jacoby's are pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I won't go to anyone else.”

“My wife hit a deer the night before Thanksgiving. The car is beat up, but everyone is ok.After everybody calmed down, I sent one text to Cheryl Huesken @ Johanna M. James: Allstate Insurance, and I started the claim online. That's literally the hardest we've had to work. On the next business day, Cheryl and I were on the phone, and then she spent her day getting us set up for the rental, the body shop, and the tow. When the first tow fell through, she was once again on the phone getting the second one set up. She's texted every day of the process to check in. Our only responsibilities so far were making sure the tow truck driver got the key and getting my wife to the rental car.It's been COMPLETELY stress-free. (For the introverts - We haven't had to make a single phone call! We've been called or notified by every party along the way.)My two cents - If you don't have an insurance agent doing the hard work with you, you don't have an insurance agent. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Cheryl Huesken!!”
