Room was good and relatively clean. Could use a new coat of paint though. Carpet was in rough shape, so I would not recommend walking around in your bare feet. Breakfast area is too small and cramped, with a lot of people just milling around.Rooms: King-size bed, private bedroom door but no locks.Noteworthy details: Pet-friendly, dedicated pet-area near the pool entrance. Not sure if bags are provided, but plenty of waste bins outside.

I'm assuming we got to experience the upgrade, because our room was amazing! Clean, organized, free breakfast. Staff was amazing. S/o to Malcolm ?? Everything about this experience was a 10. We'll be back.

I had a very positive experience overall. Robert, the manager was very helpful in helping me extend my stay when I needed to stay longer unexpectedly. The hotel was clean.

The rooms are very dated. The furniture wasn't clean. Pretty shocking for the suite prices. The staff was OK for the most part but for a weekend with 3 wedding parties at the hotel, the staff wasn't helpful, in that they didn't really know what was going on when asked. The staff was unable to answer simple questions like where the shuttle bus for our wedding was parked. One very off-putting interaction with the staff was when the night manager barged into our wedding "after party" (which was pre-approved by the hotel) berating guests while shouting that we turn the music down. It was late, so asking us to keep the volume down wasn't the issue. The issue was how the manager stormed into the room and immediately started yelling that we turn the music down, while "reminding" us that we are not the only people staying at the hotel. The manager proceeded to threaten to 'shut everything down' if we didn't lower the music. That was his fist time coming into the room to let us know the music was too loud. Of course we turned the music down, but his behavior was absolutely rude and uncalled for. For this reason alone, I would never frequent this hotel again nor would I recommend it to any family or friends. Hospitality training is definitely in order for all.

The Skyline Field Hockey Team spent 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were neat and clean as advertised. The team enjoyed breakfast each morning. The hotel staff set up a meeting room for our team to have a pizza and salad dinner. The staff went above and beyond.

Room was clean and comfortable. I would have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities if time was available. The pool area looked very inviting. The area is good for walking a dog. Nice property within walking distance to restaurants.

I planned a family reunion the 1st week in September 2023 and many of my family members came back to me identifying that the love the hotel location. I myself was impressed with the room and hotel accommodations and amenities.

We spent two nights here. We had a room with a separate bedroom and kitchenette on 3rd floor. When we arrived, there was a minor error in our reservation: 100% my fault. They were very, very nice about it. The room was clean, roomy and everything worked. The furniture was good, but maybe starting to show its use. There are enough outlets, including bedside. The wi-fi worked simply and well. Breakfast was okay, but not up to what we expect at a Hilton. There are no provisions for electric vehicle plug-ins. It was a good stay. We would come back and favorably recommend it to others.

A very nice place to stay. Came here with my Fiancé and her family for their family reunion. Very beautiful rooms and amazing service I would love to stay here if I'm ever back in the Philly

There were wedding guests staying both nights that we were visiting the area and our room faced the outdoor pool, guests were very loud all hours of the night we didn’t get much sleep either night. There should have been something done about the noise.

Some things are nice but nothing worth being excited about not the best hyatt not even close. Breakfast is far worst than other Hyatts. Staff does not pay attention to customers being out of line. I expect a better class of service at a hyatt.

Building and environment was much better than I was expecting for the Philly area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was pristine, the internet was free and fast, the water was instantly hot and had great pressure. No complaints whatsoever.

Spacious bar and breakfast area with outdoor gathering space and pool, all in view. Very accommodating and friendly late night staff/security. Would recommend for any Family / Group event. The two bedroom rooms were perfect layout and space wise.
