First time shopper on Friday November 4, 2022. Hillcrest Plaza has a wonderful variety of stores to choose from. Get a haircut or a pizza or perhaps both. Plenty of free parking. The plaza is located off the busy Germantown Pike.

Pretty much your standard dunkin. Quick service, generally get my order correct. It's a chain store so, I can't say it's unique in anyway, but when you visit a chain establishment you are expecting consistency. You get this here.

These people need to learn how to eat their food up before they serve it to the public I got totally cold Bagels when I asked for them to toasted I got lukewarm coffee when I asked for hot coffee this one is the pits I like Dunkin Donuts but not at this site
