“I found this urgent care through Yelp since I am new to the area and the positive reviews were the reason I went to have an issue checked out that was concerning me. The staff is very friendly and responsive and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. The Doctor ruled out any worry about my condition and gave me a script that will clear up the condition, hopefully quickly. Not knowing where to go or any of the providers in the area I made the right choice. I left with a smile and lots of lighthearted and caring conversation from a knowledgeable and professional staff.”

“Recently went to an appointment for an annual physical. I could not have been happier with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and accomadating ,beginning with Robin at check in and Heather at check out. The office is extremely busy and they always take time out to ask about family, vacations, etc. Jenny, the MA, is fantastic and very knowledgeable and efficient. She had me laughing the whole time!
Dr. Felizadeh was phenomenal. She, along with her medical student, examined me from head to toe. She took her time, asked questions, did not rush me, and really made me feel we were a team!

“Have been a patient at Green & Seidner for roughly two years, as I followed my 20+ year PCP, Anthony Rodriguez, here from another practice. First, I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Rodriguez. He’s a genuinely caring person which is part of what makes him such a wonderful doctor. Always upbeat and positive, never ever rushes an appointment along, actually listens, and does his best to work with you as opposed to being condescending and talking at you. He has gone above and beyond more times than I can recall. G&S are lucky to have him.
Second, as far as the administrative staff, I have only been to the actual office on my first visit, and it was unusually crowded, but the woman working the door did the best she could. Since I live almost an hour away I have telehealth visits but have to occasionally speak with the staff, and with a few exceptions, have never encountered any outright rudeness. I know they’re busy and I’m sure it can be frustrating so if they’re short on the phone sometimes I don’t take it personally. Overall, highly recommended. Would give 5 stars if only they weren’t so far away & if my health insurance was in network with them.”
“I have just spent about 15 minutes or more on the phone trying to find a new PCP. The scheduler on the phone (I think her name was Andrea or Adrian) was professional, super nice, patient and very helpful. She helped me pick a PCP that was accepting new patients and one that wasn't book out until next year. Thanks for your assistance.”

“Ive been a patient of Doctor Rocco Costabile for atleast 10 years now. He is an outstanding doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly look for solutions. I currently drive 45 minutes to see him since he has joined Devon family as I would follow him wherever. He never passes his patients concerns off as too much or dramatic and always is trying to truly help. He also teaches his patients any results or findings instead of just telling them what they are. I have a lot of back problems and Dr. Costabile takes the time to teach me why I have certain symptoms and how we can make it better. There is nothing I feel I cannot go to him for and I never feel dismissed. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and plan to stay with him as long as I can.”
“After reading comments I wanted to post that after I switched over to the schwenksville office I’ve been able to call their office, speak to someone in a timely manner and any scheduling needing to be done is accommodating. When I’ve reviewed my chart information online I’ve been able to call their office and leave questions I have with the staff who answer the phone and receive a call back within a 48 hour period answering my question. I’ve found my experiences at the schwenksville office to be convenient, efficient and comfortable.”

“I started going to Mt Airy Family Practice 5+ years ago after my PCP closed her practice. I tried out multiple offices before I found this one, and immediately knew I'd found my new office. It has a cozy, residential vibe that does not feel like an impersonal clinical setting which immediately makes me feel relaxed. Marissa Patterson, NP is the bee's knees. She's an absolute gem who has seen me through some major medical events with care and knowledge.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by LMG Family Practice. They are more personable since they are a private practice instead of being owned and operated by a hospital. During office hours, phone calls get picked up by actual people who work in the office the first time you call. Not an answering service that work nowhere near the office or be put on hold for 40+ mins. You can tell everyone is less stressed than a hospital owned office since everyone has set responsibilities instead of having to perform multiple responsibilities and roles during their shift (Example: The front desk here do not have to answer all the incoming calls on top of checking every patient in the office at the same time.). All the providers seem compassionate and knowledgeable with long standing history with the practice such as Dr. Linda Nadwodny and Nurse Practitioner Sharon Gomez. I met with Dr. Nicole Luetke who also has a long history in medicine and seems like a great addition to the practice! I recommend trying out a private practice if you would like more personal care. (Also, the office seems clean and well taken care of. There seems to be a spruce up of the building from the new owners.)”

Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! His bed side is not only extremely professional and attentive but he truly treats patients as HUMANS and not just an insurance claim to be submitted for. He gives you every single possible option for treatment/or care, when acceptable, as well easing any worries. HE LISTENS! TRULY LISTENS. This is sooo hard to find anymore. “Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”

She always listens to and address any concerns about my health I may have. I saw Alena Blain, CRNP last night with some leg pain. She was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable as well and answered all the questions I had. I felt cared for confident with my care and had an amazing experience with Alena. It is great to know there are so many amazing providers at Broad Axe!”

Good doctors, but poor office management.Today however, when I called for a referral expecting an answering machine, I was answered by a real person! She was extremely helpful in helping me take care of my request and assisted me with other questions outside of the referral. Let’s hope this trend continues!”
