Moved in about a year ago and overall have not been impressed. We have received several emails about things that are going to be done, that are not done. For example; painting our doors, shampooing the carpets in the halls & lobby, fixing things... It seems like IF you get a response from management, it is a short answer and just what you want to hear for the time being. Not to mention, the emails are filled with lots of spelling and grammar mistakes. This may be irrelevant, but we pay a lot of money to live here and it would be nice to be able to read an email without trying to figure out that they are trying to say. I spoke to several people who have had the same problem- request forms have been filled out and emails have been sent and there is minimal if any response. The property is nice, but a lot of basic maintenance could and should be done regularly. Downspouts not boing connected, drains being clogged by leaves, dead animals, dog poop, trash around the complex, etc. I know not all of this is maintenance responsibilities, but it should be addressed by management (the dog waste for example.) The pool was very unwelcoming- the few times we went down, the trash cans were overflowing and the water was dirty with debris and some kind of film on top of the water. Maybe some more chlorine or a better filter next summer?? The “dog park” is small for the amount of empty land they have available and the number of dogs in the complex. They could easily upgrade it, making it a place where more people could socialize with their pets. When you look at the website, there were gas grills and umbrellas in the picnic area. There were charcoal grills (no big deal) and no umbrellas. It was clearly photoshopped. A fellow resident told me they are waiting for the lock on their lobby door to be fixed for almost two months and when they asked management about it, they said they were going to order the part that day, WEEKS after they said it was originally going to be fixed. They should also set up some sort of way for residents to communicate with one another to express their ideas and concerns. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, concern or compassion from management at this place.

This place is a joke!! I have lived here over 20 years and it has never been this bad. Maintenance is great however, the property manager, Naomi, leaves a lot to be desired. The lights in my parking lot, D building, have been out for months. The parking lot is VERY dark and extremely creepy late at night and early in the morning. I have sent SEVERAL emails to her regarding this and have yet to get a response. Maintenance told that an electrician needs to be called in. However, she refuses to do this let alone get back to me. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of courtesy shown to be. I think it is time I look for another place to live.

I delivered hundreds of Times Hearld's there daily when I was 10 on my bike cycle, the super, Mister Groover gave me a lobby master key so I could hit the front doors of each apt that wanted a paper. Tons of future friends that lived there with their parents tell me it's much nicer now. My dad passed in building "F" first apt to the right when you walk in the lobby. Sorry for all that, I can see building D and E out my house window that the white house built in '62 on the hill. If me and my two siblings saw groover coming, we would duck under water to not get kicked out of the pool because we were not residents. Cannot wait to read the next comments.

It was fine the first year. In the 2nd year (2023-2024), we now have had a leak from our bathroom ceiling. It's been 9 months since it started. They had been extremely slow in even beginning to get work started for it. After the 7 to 8 month mark, they claimed they fixed it. It pours more than ever before and they stopped even responding to our communications. The apartment manager still sends general newsletters about other things they are updating, like line striping in the lot (which they only partially finished). I sent it to the Code Enforcement representative who communicated with them and they continued to claim they fixed it. I have videos and photos from these past nine months that I send to them.
Don't live here. It's not worth the frustration of having someone elses shower waste water leak into your home, and their rent is now officially way over reasonable as well.

As per the reviews over the last 2 months, I have been unable to get a hold of anyone. The property has stated on a previous customer's post that the person was out and has since come back...2 months ago. It's a bit odd they have no one else but this one person to respond to folks. Makes you wonder what else is slacking. I have called a few times since September.

Sadly I have had zero luck when trying to contact the leasing office for any additional information regarding this apartment complex. I’ve made multiple attempts and nothing.. pretty disappointing.

Been 3 weeks i have been trying to get in touch with the leasing team… no response to emails and no answer to phone calls. That just goes on to show the level of customer service this so called premier housing can provide
