So. Yesterday I called about two tires. The guy said my size was in stock at all locations. $131 apiece, everything included, plus tax, he said. So I went to the original one in Creamery. Did all the pre arrangements, drove my car into the bay, where it turned out that my car needs a "special" 6-spline socket for the aftermarket lugs that are on it. I knew nothing about this, having bought it as is a year ago. Turns out I didn't have this socket and they had "lost" theirs. So I had to drive all the way over to this location where they did still have their socket. Fun, right? Tire pros that don't have a pretty common tire socket and hadn't bothered to get another one? ($11.99 on Amazon and yes, I ordered one.)So, I got the tires slapped on here, went to pay, and only THEN was I told they charge a stiff extra fee for paying with a credit card. Around $16.50 in this case, on two tires and 4 TPS sensors. They didn't tell me about this credit card surcharge over the phone, the Creamery people didn't tell me this, and the guy at the counter here didn't tell me this - until it was too late, tires were on, and I was screwed. Obviously I would have hit my bank or an ATM first had they been so kind as to mention this. I'm disabled and money is extremely tight - and I sure as heck didn't need to waste $16.50 for their negligence in failing to inform me beforehand about this.Bad enough that they had lost a commonly used socket, hadn't replaced that, and therefore I had to go to this second location, but the nasty fee they hit me with on top of that? Yeah. Not amused...

Stopped in a few Mondays ago for the first time and was helped immediately by Justin. Fully expected to need a new set of tires as the current all terrain set that came with my truck had started to develop that louder road noise around 50-60mph. Justin was able to check out the wear pattern and suggested we turn all the tires around since the tread was still in decent shape overall. Couldn’t believe that it took only about 40 minutes tops to be diagnosed, tires adjusted, balanced and checked out. Everyone at the place was extremely friendly and Justin’s suggestion made a huge difference to ride noise so far. Always a pleasure to find a business that you feel is professional and honest. Will need tires soon regardless and will absolutely come here to get them. Thanks for the help!

Once again this organization exemplified the true meaning of customer service. They greet you in a pleasant manner and exceed expectations. They corrected the screw that was in my tire and concurrently rotated my tires and inflated all tires to proper pressure. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I continue to recommend the Creamery Tire family to everyone I know. Keep it up.

I arrived at 9 a.m. and was serviced and on my way at 9:45. Had 2 front tires rotated to the rear along with 2 new tires mounted on the front. Excellent service and I didn't have to hit the lottery to pay.

Quality of the service was fine and staff were friendly BUT the wait and lies were absurd.Took 3.5 hours to get my tires replaced and balanced. Originally I was told ONE hour, which turned into two, and kept growing from there. If they would have been honest from the beginning then I would’ve went elsewhere. I watched them lie to at least a dozen other customers about time.I’ll never return to this location.

I came in thinking I needed to replace all 4 tires, the staff is so knowledgeable and honest, informed me I would only need two. I've use this place in the past and would absolutely recommend to people in need of tires. 2 tires were replaced in less than 15 mins.

Great Establishment, Very Professional, Efficient, an competitive in pricing. Hit a pot whole yesterday that ripped my tire to the metal treads, fortunately for me it didn’t blow out on impact. Which gave me time to finally stop at Creamery Tires that I have seen in passing over the years, and what a Blessing. Justin helped me not only to get back on the road within a timely manner, but the pricing was amazing for tire balancing, an installation. You’ve gained a new customer from here on out?. Bringing my jeep next week for a new set of 4’s?.Thanks for a Great Experience in these strange times??.

The service is fine. The cost high. I brought in a brand new trailer rim and a brand new tire. I was charged $42 dollars. All they did was put the tire on the rim. I then picked up the rim and tire put it on the trailer
