I'm impressed I've had no past experiences with consignment shops but I'm glad that they're still available after seeing them approximately 20 years ago this is very helpful because I'm looking for a shop to sell my things thanks for your positive information and experience that helps me a lot

I DID NOT have a good experience in the Ardmore location. l took 5 bags of clothing into the store, l registered all the bags... upon leaving, 10 minutes later, l got a call, stating she went through ALL of the bags and could not use any of the items. If l did not return to pickup the clothes by the end of the day, the clothes would be donated to a church and the rest will be trashed...the majority of the clothing were Brand named. I was not available to return later that day and explained that I could pick them up on Tuesday due to the store being closed on Mondays. She explained there was no storage space, so reluctantly l had to let the clothes go.

It was my first time here, and I will definitely be returning! All of their items are very good quality and the luxury brands are authenticated so you know you’re getting the real thing. Prices are so good it makes you never want to shop at a regular retailer again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Just be aware they are bagless so you may want to bring reusable bags.

I had a bad experience here a few years ago but I figured I'd give them another shot. I went there yesterday took a bunch of clothes and shoes. All but a few were in great shape or new with tags on. They of course didnt want a good portion of the items which is fine... I understand that they're trying to sell like the latest trends and whatever.. but the items that they made me an offer on, we're beautiful all designer items around $500-600 in value. As it's a resale shop, I do understand that I'm not going to get near full price. But for them to offer me $40 for three pairs of shoes a brand new gown that had the tags on it still (that alone was $245) and some other items that were all designer names- it was truly an insult and a waste of my time. I actually posted something on the local Facebook page just to let everyone know not to waste their time even trying to get a decent amount of money for their designer items that they're trying to sell. I had about 30 comments all but one were people agreeing they all had the same experiences I did. Don't waste your time. Also the girls were so rude when I dropped the stuff off they were making comments about how much stuff they had to go through of customers who brought in stuff to sell. Wise up clothes mentor! I'll never shop there again!!

Great experience ! I went there even though the reviews were horrible i’m glad I did . I was treated with warm service , polite service I was explained the process . . I was paid exactly what my stuff was worth . Am definitely going back there when I decide to let go of some more of my old things . As long as your stuff is in good condition you will get top dollar for your items . Very warm and friendly !

Wish I could have my wasted time back. Drove an hour to this store. Had new items, some still with tags. Most everything but 6 items were passed on. The real kicker was offering me 9 dollars for 6 items! I looked around while I waited and the plus size clothing picks were awful. I'm not sure why they didn't take my things when they were bigger brands and more in style. Only giving an extra star because one of the 3 girls was actually nice.

I order two beautiful purses from here. When they arrived they still had the anti theft tags attached and now I’m struggling to get them off because I refuse to drive to Plymouth Meeting. Please be more careful when packing and shipping items to customers.
