“So I was yet another victim of credit card fraud. After several follow up calls and emails, Citadel was able to help me recall the situation that prompted the fraudulent charges. Also we reviewed some things to help identify fraud within emails and texts.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by my first name by the woman behind the counter. I wish I remembered her name but I had only talked to her on the phone and had my newborn with me but it was so nice to be acknowledged as a person and not just a potential customer :) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND! “Not sure how this location only has 3 stars when I just had an amazing experience with Sahsha here. I came to change my name on my bank account after recently getting married. I was nervous with time constraints due to not being able to show up until 5:10 on a Friday with their branch closing at 6, but I was helped by Sahsha before I could even sit & wait in the lobby. She has the most friendly and infectious personality. She was able to change my name on my account very quickly, while having a big smile the whole time. Felt like an old friend! She also gave me plenty of helpful tips without pushing anything. You could tell she takes her job & customer satisfaction seriously & I genuinely am happy I drove 30+ min to come here. Well worth it!”
“I was just helped by Carla at this branch. She was assisting the drive thru and helping inside customers- and doing a great job. I needed account statements and she couldn't have been nicer. As soon as other customers arrived a coworker came out from the side room, greeted my husband and I and promptly helped the other customers. Impressive customer service- thank you Carla!”

“I went to this American bank today and was greeted by a very friendly lady. Later, Jonathan Pitcher helped me apply for a bank card. He was very friendly, patient, and handsome because my English is not very good. He also found a translator for me, and the whole process took about 40 minutes. When I left, the staff smiled and said to me, 'Have a nice day.'. I am very satisfied with today's trip. If given a rating, I would give this bank and its staff a score of 10. Some things are only true when I have personally experienced them, so I am very, very grateful ?”
