I brought my boyfriends car in for inspection, they were super fast and friendly! Super professional. Their workspace was incredibly clean as well. 10/10 recommend this place for your quick needs. Love love this place, they sure make you feel very welcomed, and I appreciate the speedy quick service

This company went to pick up my vehicle dropped it off somewhere unknown. Then when I tried to call and find out where it was they ignored my calls for 30 minutes straight.

I used to think highly of Redz, but after today I do not. My roadside called them in the past, and it was a pleasant experience, and even showed up earlier then the ETA. Today, I was given an ETA of 90 minutes, which is typical. It’s now been well over 2 hours, and after multiple attempts in calling, with no answer, I called my roadside assistance back and had them cancel the request. I understand things happen, but a simple phone call takes literally seconds to make, but I guess that’s too easy, and not common courtesy anymore. I will NOT be using redz for anything in future. You have lost a customer who thought so highly of this company, after others have failed me.

I had parked my new car with the valet and when I got it back the rim was damaged! Once the insurance approved the repair Redz Auto Body was able to get me in and out the same day. They were easy to work with and their shop is a clean and comfortable place to wait for your car. Thank you everyone!
